On June 30, 2024 (evening) I purchased 03 items (One for my kid, one for myself, and one for my wife) with the total amount of PKR: 11698. We have paid the amount through online banking which is attached for your reference.
The representative said that due to the printer issues, we were unable to provide the receipt of the bill, and then we walked away with items purchased from the Autoban NDURE shop near the Royal Taj Hotel in Autobahn Road Latifabad, Hyderabad, Sindh.

Upon complaining they asked for pictures as a proof which I provided immediately. I was told that I will get the refund. I asked them the procedure abour the returns they said someone will come pick the dress in a week and when they’ll receive it they’ll process the refund thay would take approx 2 weeks.
Nothing has happened since than, I inquire about it almost every other day but get no response. They are very active in advertising their newly launched dresses but have no time to resolve this issue

Since then I have been asking them for refund and initially they were responding to WhatsApp texts and agreed to refund and get the damaged suit collected back but now they have stopped responding to my messages at WhatsApp or sms. Its not about Rs. 3200, its about the poor customer service and the unethical practices that they are doing.
I want my amount to be refunded as I have had enough with them.

filed a complaint against the Nest Facebook StoreOk so here I go again..still haven’t received my money from NEST….she is a super rude lady who doesn’t understand anything or want to co operate…so here I am sharing few more screenshots and now I really want to report her page and face the consequences since she is just not ready to listen… it’s been months and weeks now still haven’t received my money…kindly help me everyone. filed a complaint against the Modern Fashion PKI ordered an abaya from insta page called Modern Fashion who are fraud and looting people. What I ordered vs what I get totally different in color as well as fabric is totally see through. I complained them but as usual after fraud they blocked me. Lost Rs. 2250. Please report this page and be aware.
