Nobody has returned calls or at least bothered to talk about the difficult situation your customer is in. I got an email ten days ago informing me that the shipment was on its way. And when we expressed our concerns in response to Asim Jofa's emails, your staff did not respond. Nobody has answered the phone. Worse fabric and different color of all articles

I am not satisfied with the quality of the products I received from the recent sale.

I ordered the following items:
Both of them are completely different from picture shown in color and look wise.
Green Mehndi and Orange Dress:

Received trousers in a different color.
The fabric quality is worse and is not as shown in the pictures.

Pink and Gray Dress:
The dupatta color does not match the picture.

During my recent visit to the branch, I encountered extremely insulting and unprofessional behavior from the store manager. Incomplete dress posted

Placed an order for a stitched and an unstitched dress. The unstitched dress came with out 3Meter lace that was already mentioned on the website and the packag leaflet in the description section. I contacted them, they sent the lace to a completely wrong address and now they are not sending the lace on my address. As if this was my fault. This mistake of theirs will have to be rectified by my self with my own money. On top will have to deal with this nonsense of looking for the lace in this hot summer weather. All because of a mistake on their behalf in the first place. Because the dress will just not look put together without the lace.

Urgent Complaint Regarding Unethical Business Practices and Customer Service

I am seeking your urgent assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring justice prevails. The incident in question revolves around the purchase of a dress intended for my elder brother. During the transaction, I specifically inquired about the brand's policy on alterations or returns in the event of sizing issues. To my assurance, the sales representative assured me that they would readily accommodate any such concerns and facilitate alterations or returns as needed. However, the unfortunate turn of events unfolded when, upon returning home, my brother tried on the dress only to find that the size was not suitable.



In light of the sales representative's assurance, we promptly visited the J. store to request alterations, as initially promised during the purchase. Shockingly, the staff at the store outright denied offering any alteration services. To substantiate my claim, I presented an alteration slip from another J. store, only to be met with baseless allegations of potential forgery. They insisted that the services rendered on the slip were not applicable to my transaction. In the face of this unexpected adversity, I requested a refund, a standard practice for most reputable establishments. However, to my dismay, I was informed that J. does not entertain refund requests. Instead, I was compelled to choose an alternative dress from their inventory. I selected a different dress, which was priced at 4850 PKR, significantly less than the initial dress priced at 9250 PKR. When I inquired about a refund of the remaining amount, I was informed that a refund would only be possible if I opted for a dress of equal or higher value than the original 9250 PKR dress. To compound the matter further, the behavior exhibited by the J. staff throughout this ordeal was not only unprofessional but also remarkably rude.



In an attempt to assert my rights as a consumer, I brought to their attention the return and exchange policy prominently displayed on the J. website. However, they callously dismissed it, refusing to adhere to their own stated policies. Been chasing bagallery customer care for a while now but they are not giving the refund
voucher.
Ordered a bag (Rs 2500) from bagallery and received it on may 18th, it was damaged so i emailed them on the same day as required by their policy. But they never replied even after multiple emails, then i left a bad review on the product which btw was never published on their site and called them. That is when i received a response ,they gave me two options either to receive 300 rs or return the item. I returned the bag (i had to pay the shipping fee as well) it was received on 5th june. To this date i haven't received the refund voucher, they keep on sending me automated responses. The whole experience was so frustraing.

I ordered two outfits from #Asimjofa and they delivered them. Order # is AJ11947 Later on after few days they sent me those two outfits again and while I was not at home my family received that parcel. When I checked them I realized they had sent it to me again so I called them and made a complaint. Received a completely different item

So in our country unfortunately the customer has no rights. I've placed an order for a STITCHED ITEM that cost me Rs.9900 at Motifz Brand and what I received was completely different.

The original cost of the dress was Rs.4990 and I paid an additional Rs.4910 for stitching service so Rs.9900 in all.

To begin with the dress was nothing like what was shown in the pictures.

The buttons, the sleeves, the border of shirt, the lace used for the border of the dopatta, the trouser.

Nothing matched remotely with what they have shown on their website and when I asked for refund they told me that they have no such policy.

Received a defective three piece suit

I ordered dress from them few weeks ago. My dress came defective, it had missing embroidery and had stains l. Upon complaining they asked for pictures as a proof which I provided immediately. I was told that I will get the refund. I asked them the procedure abour the returns they said someone will come pick the dress in a week and when they’ll receive it they’ll process the refund thay would take approx 2 weeks.
Nothing has happened since than, I inquire about it almost every other day but get no response. They are very active in advertising their newly launched dresses but have no time to resolve this issue

I have ordered a dress from this website. When i received the dress the stitching of the dress was very bad. The back of the shirt is smaller than the front. Trouser is too tight. They wrote in the description that length is 36 while its 35 and i was not satisfied with my purchase. The cost of dress was around 4k for 2 piece. I contacted them on watsapp so they said that you might have ordered wrong size. I told them the size that i ordered was right. And i told them the whole issue and asked them to either exchange or refund. They said we don't offer exchanges when we sent the right size. After that I asked them that i have spent so much money on this dress you have to resolve my issue. They stopped responding after viewing my message.

Poor customer service and no response against refund

I ordered a suit from Noora and received the wrong size (XS) initially. I dispatched them back the wrong size and waited for the correct size (XL), which they took ages to send and that too after multiple reminders, and when they finally did, the correct size had iron marks on the front of the shirt. Since then I have been asking them for refund and initially they were responding to WhatsApp texts and agreed to refund and get the damaged suit collected back but now they have stopped responding to my messages at WhatsApp or sms. Its not about Rs. 3200, its about the poor customer service and the unethical practices that they are doing.
I want my amount to be refunded as I have had enough with them.
