Don't buy from them. They are fraud they sold defective and extremely poor quality shoes. And Don't even response after complaint and block my number.

Aslamualikum. I ordered a pair of 43 sized milano brn shoes from SLO shoes via order number SLO-5475. However upon receiving the product i found that it was tight on my feet. I contacted their WhatsApp number to request for an exchange to which they replied that please send us the shoes back and we will send you the correct size. I sent them the shoes back via leopards courier and it was delivered to them on 19th June 2023. However despite repeated messages to their customer service representative, they are not responding properly and now not even replying to my messages. I have already paid for the product and they are not now responding properly to my exchange request.
