• Permission to Use the Site

  We grant you permission to use the Complaint.pk site subject to the restrictions in these Terms. However, your use of the Site is at your own risk, including the risk that you might be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent, inaccurate, objectionable, or otherwise inappropriate.

• Site Availability

  The site may be modified, updated, interrupted, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice or liability to Complaint.pk.

• User Accounts

  To access or use the Site, you must be 18 years or older and have the requisite power and authority to enter into these Terms. In addition, you may not access or use the Site if you are a competitor of ours or if we have previously banned you from the Site or closed your Account.

  Your account is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You can browse Complaint.pk without registering for an account. But to use some of Complaint.pk's functions, you'll need to create an account.

  In creating it, we ask that you provide complete and accurate information about yourself to bolster your credibility as a contributor to the Site. You may not impersonate someone else (e.g., adopt the identity of a celebrity or your next-door neighbor), create or use an account for anyone other than yourself, choose names that are offensive or that violate anyone's rights, provide an email address other than your own, or create multiple accounts. If you use a pseudonym, take care to note that others may still be able to identify you if, for example, you include identifying information in your reviews, use the same account information on other sites, or allow other sites to share information about you with Complaint.pk.

  Your Account is for your personal, non-commercial use only. If you don't follow these rules, we may cancel your Account. You're responsible for all the activity on your Account and keeping your password confidential. If you find out that someone's used your Account without your permission, you should report it to support{{ucwords(primaryDomain())}}. To sign up for an account, you need to be at least 18 years old or old enough to form a binding contract where you live. If necessary, we may ask you for proof of age.

• Definition

  "Content" means text, images, photos, audio, video, and all other forms of data or communication. "Your Content" means Content that you submit or transmit to, through, or in connection with the Site, such as ratings, reviews, compliments, invitations, messages, and information that you publicly display or is displayed in your account profile. "User Content" or "Member Content" means Content that other users submit or transmit to, through, or in connection with the Site. "Complaint.pk Content" means Content that we create and make available in connection with the Site. "Third-Party Content" means Content that originates from parties other than Complaint.pk or its users, which is made available in connection with the Site. "Site Content" means all of the Content that is made available in connection with the Site, including Your Content, User Content, Third-Party Content, and Complaint.pk Content.

• "User Content" Description

  Complaint.pk always assumes that the consumer has a positive intent in writing their message, helping themselves, helping other consumers, and helping the subject business provide a better product or service.

  Complaint.pk assumes that "User Content" is a description of a situation experienced by a consumer. A complaint or review is only a personal opinion by a consumer, a perception of a consumer. That personal perception and/or opinion based on their own personal experience can be powerful or meaningless, in the opinion of Complaint.pk, depending upon the context and content of what is written. Although we do edit out parts, not in line with our terms, we're not responsible for how information is interpreted by whoever reads it. Which, of course, varies from person to person, depending on who they are, their own personal experiences, biases, opinions, etc.

  It is the responsibility of a message author to make sure they are not contractually bound otherwise. It is the responsibility of the mentioned message author to determine on their own if they are not allowed to discuss the subject of their complaint or review, if this is the case, before posting a message to Complaint.pk.

• Responsibility for Your Content

  You alone are responsible for Your Content, and once published, it cannot always be withdrawn. You assume all risks associated with Your Content, including anyone's reliance on its quality, accuracy, or reliability, or any disclosure by you of information in Your Content that makes you personally identifiable. You represent that you own or have the necessary permissions to use and authorize the use of Your Content as described herein. You may not imply that Your Content is in any way sponsored or endorsed by Complaint.pk.

  You may expose yourself to liability if, for example, Your Content contains material that is false, intentionally misleading, or defamatory; violates any third-party right, including any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, privacy right, right of publicity, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right; contains unlawful material, including illegal hate speech or pornography; exploits or otherwise harms minors, or violates or advocates the violation of any law or regulation.

  You won't submit stuff you don't hold the copyright for (unless you have permission). Your Content will not contain third-party copyrighted material, or material that is subject to other third-party proprietary rights, unless you have permission from the rightful owner of the material, or you are otherwise legally entitled to post the material (and to grant Complaint.pk all the license rights outlined here).

  Any royalties on or licensing of your Content are your responsibility. You will pay all royalties and other amounts owed to any person or entity based on your Content or Complaint.pk's hosting of that Content.

  You promise that if we use your Content, we're not violating anyone's rights or copyrights. If Complaint.pk or its users exploit or make use of your submission in the ways contemplated in this agreement, you promise that this will not infringe or violate the rights of any third party, including (without limitation) any privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other intellectual property or proprietary rights.

  User Content (including any that users employed or contracted by Complaint.pk may have created) does not necessarily reflect the opinion of Complaint.pk. We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to remove, screen, edit, or reinstate User Content from time to time at our sole discretion for any reason or no reason and without notice to you. We have no obligation to retain or provide you with copies of Your Content, nor do we make any representations or warranties or otherwise make any guarantees regarding the confidential treatment of Your Content.

• Our Right to Use Your Content

  Complaint.pk may use Your Content in a variety of ways, including publicly displaying it, reformatting it, incorporating it into advertisements and other works, creating derivative works from it, promoting it, distributing it, and allowing others to do the same in connection with their websites and media platforms ("Other Media"). As such, you hereby irrevocably grant us worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, assignable, sub-licensable, transferable rights to use Your Content for any purpose. Please note that you also irrevocably grant the users of the Site and any Other Media the right to access Your Content in connection with their use of the Site and any Other Media. Finally, you irrevocably waive and cause to be waived against Complaint.pk and its users any claims and assertions of moral rights or attribution concerning Your Content. By "use" we mean use, copy, publicly perform and display, reproduce, remove, distribute, modify, edit, translate, analyze, commercialize, and prepare derivative works of Your Content.

  Complaint.pk grants you a license to reproduce content from the Services for personal use only. This license covers both Complaint.pk's own protected content and user-generated content on the Site. (This license is worldwide, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable.) If you want to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or store any of this content for a commercial purpose, you need prior written permission from Complaint.pk or the relevant copyright holder. A "commercial purpose" means you intend to use, sell, license, rent, or otherwise exploit content for commercial use, in any way.

  As part of the legal "right to be forgotten," Complaint.pk will automatically remove any complaint from our Site that is more than five years old.

• Ownership

  As between you and Complaint.pk, you own Your Content. We own the Complaint.pk Content, including but not limited to visual interfaces, interactive features, graphics, designs, compilations (including, but not limited to, our compilation of User Content and other Site Content), computer code, products, software, aggregate user review ratings, and all other elements and components of the Site excluding Your Content, User Content, and Third-Party Content. We also own the copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and other intellectual and proprietary rights throughout the world ("IP Rights") associated with the Complaint.pk Content and the Site, which are protected by copyright, trade dress, patent, trademark laws, and all other applicable intellectual and proprietary rights and laws. As such, you may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works or adaptations of, publicly display, or in any way exploit any of the Complaint.pk Content in whole or in part except as expressly authorized by us. Except as expressly and unambiguously provided herein, we do not grant you any express or implied rights, and we retain all rights in and to the Site and the Complaint.pk Content.

  We are under no obligation to enforce the Terms on your behalf against another user. While we encourage you to let us know if you believe another user has violated the Terms, we reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action at our sole discretion.

• General Policy

  We need to be able to maintain control over the Site. Therefore, we reserve the right to make decisions to protect the functioning and integrity of the system. We use these powers only when necessary.

  • We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Site at our sole discretion, at any time, for any or no reason, and without notice or liability.

  • The User Conduct and Restrictions section outlines the behavior that is prohibited on the Complaint.pk website. Users are not allowed to violate the website's terms of use or take any action that infringes on other people's rights or violates any laws. Users are also prohibited from engaging in threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, tortious, obscene, profane, or invasive behavior towards other users. The website may be used for commercial purposes only in connection with a Premium Membership and as expressly permitted by Complaint.pk

  • Users are not allowed to post false, misleading, or inaccurate information, or engage in deceptive or fraudulent behavior. They are also prohibited from harming anyone's computer or other device or distributing software viruses or anything else designed to interfere with the proper function of any software, hardware, or equipment on the Site.

  • Bulk emails, surveys, or other mass messaging are prohibited, except in connection with a Premium Membership using the tools provided. Keyword spamming or any attempt to manipulate the Site's search results or any third-party website is also prohibited.

  • Users are not allowed to solicit personal information from minors, submit or transmit pornography, or violate any applicable laws or regulations. Attempts to interfere with the proper workings of the Services or bypass any measures put in place to secure the Services are prohibited.

  • Modifying, adapting, appropriating, reproducing, distributing, translating, creating derivative works or adaptations of, publicly displaying, selling, trading, or in any way exploiting the Site or Site Content (other than Your Content) is prohibited, except as expressly authorized by Complaint.pk. The use of any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other automated devices, process or means to access, retrieve, scrape, or index any portion of the Site or any Site Content is also prohibited.

  • Users are not allowed to record, process, or mine information about other users or access, retrieve, or index any portion of the Site for purposes of constructing or populating a searchable database of business reviews. Reformatting or framing any part of the Site, taking any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on Complaint.pk's technology infrastructure, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site or user accounts is also prohibited.

  • Using the Site or any Site Content to transmit any computer viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or other items of a destructive nature or using any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Site is prohibited. Users are not allowed to use the Site to violate the security of any computer network, crack passwords or security encryption codes, disrupt or interfere with the security of, or otherwise cause harm to, the Site or Site Content, or remove, circumvent, disable, damage, or otherwise interfere with any security-related features of the Site.

  • Collecting any information about other users or members for any purpose other than to solicit and share reviews with other Complaint.pk users or members on the Complaint.pk Site under these Terms of Service is prohibited. Users are also not allowed to create any user account by automated means or under false or fraudulent pretenses, create or transmit unwanted electronic communications such as "spam," copy, use, or store any Content available on the Complaint.pk other than for their own personal use, or use any Content marked as obtained from or belonging to Complaint.pk, except in compliance with these Terms of Use.

  • Using the Complaint.pk Site and/or Complaint.pk Service, intentionally or unintentionally, to violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law or regulation, registering more than one user account, collecting or storing personal data about other users in connection with any prohibited activity described in this paragraph, soliciting reviews of websites or businesses with which users are affiliated except in connection with a Premium Membership using the too

• Removal of Information

  Complaint.pk acts as a platform for a permanent record of disputes, including resolved and unresolved complaints. When you post a complaint or a comment on our platform, it becomes subject to our Terms and can be used and stored as permanent material by Complaint.pk. When posting, you also agree and understand that the information you post cannot be deleted even at your request. Accounts associated with the email address you used to sign up are not removed either.

  You shall remain solely responsible for the content of your postings on Complaint.pk. While we do not and cannot review every message posted by users of the Service and are not responsible for any content of these messages, we reserve the right. Still, we are not obligated to delete or remove profanity, obscenities, physical violence threats, property damage, and private financial information such as social security numbers and credit card information.

• Deleting Your Account

  You can delete (cancel) your Account whenever you want, but doing so will not automatically remove your information from the Site.

  You can terminate your Account at any time through your account settings. We may retain certain information as required by law or as necessary for our legitimate business purposes. All provisions of this agreement survive termination of an account, including our rights regarding any content you've already submitted to the Site. (For instance, if you've used the Site to resolve a complaint, deleting your Account will not automatically remove your information from the Site.) • IP Ban and Account Termination

  Once you follow a link to another website, our responsibility to inform you and protect your information is over. Complaint.pk may contain links to other websites, including the companies you want to communicate with. • Advertising

Republic of Pakistan law will govern these Terms, as well as any claim, cause of action, or dispute that might arise between you and Complaint.pk (a "Claim"), without regard to conflict of law provisions. FOR ANY CLAIM BROUGHT BY EITHER PARTY, YOU AGREE TO SUBMIT AND CONSENT TO THE PERSONAL AND EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION IN THE EXCLUSIVE VENUE OF ANKARA.

These Terms will remain in full force and effect while you use the Complaint.pk Site or Complaint.pk Service. Complaint.pk may terminate these Terms of Service for any reason, at any time, by posting on the Complaint.pk Site.

We may close your Account, suspend your ability to use certain portions of the Site, and/or ban you altogether from the Site for any or no reason and without notice or liability of any kind. Any such action could prevent you from accessing your Account, the Site, Your Content, Site Content, or any other related information.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under the law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms otherwise will remain in full force and effect and enforceable. The failure of either you or Complaint.pk to exercise any right provided for in these Terms in any way won't be deemed a waiver of any other rights. These Terms are personal to you. You can't assign, transfer, or sublicense them unless you get Complaint.pk's prior written consent. Complaint.pk has the right to assign, transfer, or delegate any of its rights and obligations under these Terms without your consent. Complaint.pk will provide you a notice via email, written notice, or by conspicuously posting the notice on our Site.
