They committed a major fraud with me, I thought the items were expensive so must be genuine. I ordered a toy at 22,875pkr price and they delivered a random inferior toy(perhaps 500-1000pkr) I'm appalled by their confidence and courage that they still delivered something like the receiver won't notice. I need guidance on where can I file a case against their crime and fraud, they're not responding to my emails, calls and msgs,

I have ordered a pair of shoes and its prepaid and I still havent received any details tracking number of my order. No replying on email and helpline. Kindly request them to refund my money or deliver my parcel on time. On daily they are spaming emails on their promotions but not a single proper reply from them. My complaint ticket 1726725962851.
