Dear Sir/Madam, I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a recurring issue with Telenor network signals in our area, Humra Ara. Whenever there is a power outage, the Telenor signals disappear completely, making it impossible for us to make calls, send messages, or use the internet. This issue is causing significant inconvenience, especially during emergencies. Despite being loyal customers, we are unable to rely on the network's availability when it is needed the most. About Account Suspension
I'm Aqsa Kosar. I'm here to justify my complain against my jazzcash suspension. On 19 of November 2000 added to my jazzcash account and when the sender called me I blocked him/her. That's why he/she complained against myself. I just want my money back and dispute the sender amount and kindly return my all other amount and active my account 38202-19*****-0

Package not delivered
I dispatched a package to Karachi from Islamabad in 14 November 2024. It reached Karachi warehouse on 16 November 2024. It has not been delivered till date (20 November 2024). Nobody responds over their helpline. As per the tracking status it is in Sohrab Goth. I sent bikea to pick it up. People at Sohrab Goth told the rider to pick it from Malir. This ping pong is going on. I have asked them to return the package if it can't be delivered today because the person is flying abroad today. It's the worst service one can imagine in Pakistan. Bunch of unprofessional quacks these people are.
