I dispatched a package to Karachi from Islamabad in 14 November 2024. It reached Karachi warehouse on 16 November 2024. It has not been delivered till date (20 November 2024). Nobody responds over their helpline. As per the tracking status it is in Sohrab Goth. I sent bikea to pick it up. People at Sohrab Goth told the rider to pick it from Malir. This ping pong is going on. I have asked them to return the package if it can't be delivered today because the person is flying abroad today. It's the worst service one can imagine in Pakistan. Bunch of unprofessional quacks these people are.
