Although the order was eventually delivered, the delay and lack of proper updates throughout the process were very frustrating. The order remained stuck on “Preparing” for a long time without any clear communication.
I also tried to contact support multiple times but did not receive any proper response, which made the experience even worse.
As a customer, I expect timely delivery and proper communication. This experience did not meet those expectations.

However, I have come to know that the shoes were not sent to the company. Instead, they were repaired at the shop using glue. Because of this, the upper part of the shoes is now getting damaged and tearing even more.
This problem is not due to my mistake but because of the quality of the shoes. Therefore, I request that either the shoes be sent to the company for proper repair or that I be provided with a new pair of shoes. I hope you will resolve this issue as soon as possible.
