My online shopping package (paid) was delayed by 10 days. Tracking details showed that the delay was because of "Consignee not available" 03 times. However no one attempted to contact me on cellphone all 3 times. I picked my parcel by hand and tried to lodge a complaint but the manager rudely declared that it was not his job to deal with every petty complaint. Even blamed me for lying about missed calls. Tried to call help line, call disconnected when pressing '0' for operator. Un serious attitude towards customer service and complaint management
It is submitted that I have a COD Account in Leopard Courier Company, where I sent many COD parcel, but most of them didn't properly attempted to deliver by Rider. Consignee was calling me for parcel but rider upload fake status that consignee is not receiving parcel. I tried to contact to my salesperson but he is very irresponsible & non co-operative person, he didn't tried to solve my issues.I Tried to call helpline number but my call is not being attended, tried many times.I have emailed to customer support email, but they didn't respond me anywhere.I am very confused & had mentally tortured by Leopard Company whole staff & service, I have faced many economical & mentally loss from this company. I need help & get back my loss.
Its been a weak first they handed over my parcel to another area's rider when the rider contacted me he said he cant deliver it in my area and it will be deliveries tomorrow its been two days I'm still waiting for my parcel ....after waiting for 2 days i contacted the (previous) rider he said the parcel is delivered to your area's rider and will be delivered to you soon....i still i haven't received my order....pathetic service ever
Leopards Courier Scam!
I got a call from a man claiming that he is outside my house to deliver a parcel under my name. As I was certain that I didn't order anything, I asked him about the company and he mentioned that he is illiterate and cannot read. That aroused suspicion in my mind. I told him that I have checked my cameras and I have sent the guard outside, but there is no one, so he instantly cut the call. The parcel was worth 1500. I think they are asking for less money so everyone will give it easily. One more thing, I also got a message from leopards courier official number about the courier from 'diamond hub' and when I checked online, there is no company by the name Diamond Hub in Pakistan. Leopards employees must be involved.
Their rider took 15000 more than the bill price from my uncle. The original price was 14493 rupees. My uncle was going to funeraland got mixed up with another order of mine which was 29400 rupees. He asked the riders it 29400 rupees instead of saying to my uncle that no it is only 14493 rupees, he said yes and took the money off from my uncle and gone and now his phone is off and nobody taking responsibility of this. This is really non reliable and untrustworthy behaviour. It's a fraud. This company is fraud.

I have been trying continuously for 10 days but I am not being told anything about my parcel. I spend all my time complaining about him. I just keep getting the updates of the same everyday. In Rawat TChowk office, Khawar, Zulfiqar and Sami put me behind the truck light. This staff tells me daily that the rider will come today. And they are just spending time like this. Khawar who is an employee of Rawat office, he has no record of my parcel, he has stolen my parcel. Please investigate it soon. I want my parcel anyway. pl
According to head office Rawat, I have asked alza farmacy and other offices in this plaza about the parcel but no information is available.
I am checking every forum but even after 14 days I am only told to wait till tomorrow.
How long will this wait last?

Today I went to their head office and I found out that an employee named Khawar has delivered the parcel to the wrong address of Aliza Pharmacy without contacting me.
and status done with his own name .
they said that please take it from there ( Aliza farmacy) .
I visited that farmacy and inquired that parcel but they said that we have not received any such parcel.
I contacted the Rawat head office again and they said you should wait till tomorrow.
I have already been waiting for twelve days and still don't know when I will receive my parcel.
even we don't know we will get it or not?

One of my parcels is with Leopards courier and they are not delivering that. I try to call them but they are not picking up. I did a live chat but they are not responding.
I dispatched a package to Karachi from Islamabad in 14 November 2024. It reached Karachi warehouse on 16 November 2024. It has not been delivered till date (20 November 2024). Nobody responds over their helpline. As per the tracking status it is in Sohrab Goth. I sent bikea to pick it up. People at Sohrab Goth told the rider to pick it from Malir. This ping pong is going on. I have asked them to return the package if it can't be delivered today because the person is flying abroad today. It's the worst service one can imagine in Pakistan. Bunch of unprofessional quacks these people are.

we are a leading eyeglass provider online, shifted from other couriers, started leopard service since 5 months ago, only first month was bit fine then the service and support down and worst day by day. Resulting return ration too high more than 100+ returns without approaching to the customers (we have recorded the proof) for which we got much loss, the reputation and slowing our fast growing business just because leopard worst service. Also no response from supports, AC.managers etc.etc. Can anyone please tell is there chance to improve or you guys approaching to closeup the service soon.?
Leopard courer agant says pick parcel at office, we are not delivered at your address. Other courer services alrady delivered at destination. Thatta cement mill.

They use dishonest and fraudster riders. If they are in legitimate business they should have known that they have to use people who doesn't have criminal background, Also, they should have make their own training regarding the policies and they have to trained their riders with honesty and professionalism. I ordered some product from The cut price online platform and they used leopard courier services to deliver my order. On the other side I ordered another order from Maniya online platform. Prices were different on both platform. I live in the UK and ordered online because my mum is in Pakistan right now. So, I thought she will bring the stuff for me.
He saw that my uncle is in hurry and my uncle mixed up with my other order as he recieved a call from another platform 5 minutes ago about 29400 rupees and when your rider arrived my uncle was going to funeral and he thought he is the same one who called for 29400. That's why he counted infront of him and gave it to him without seeing the receipt on the parcel. Your rider should have told him that order is not that much. He picked the opportunity of confusion and took the money from my uncle this is called dishonesty. Now the Cut Price people are saying we are not responsible than who is responsible. As I trust the Cut price prople and they trusted Leopard courier services. It means people are trusting the Leopard courier servies to use trustworthy people not fraudsters.That's why Pakistan still not have ebay and amazon like services yet. Even India have these two platforms. Now I understand why. I always wonder why these two services are not in Pakistan. It's a shame for good people who are living in Pakistan. Only because of some bad people all others are surviving.
I suggest never ever use them. They are not trustworthy.
