My parcel was dispatched from Karachi to Rahim Yar Khan on 12 June and has still not been delivered. Despite repeated follow-ups, I am continuously being informed that delivery will be made the next day, but the shipment remains undelivered.
This delay is unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience. Kindly arrange immediate delivery of my parcel or provide a written explanation for the delay.
I had ordered a parcel, which was supposed to be delivered via Leopard Courier. I also have the tracking number, and their tracking record is available. The parcel left from Karachi on the 21st, and it reached my nearby station, Manshera, on the 24th. And the 25th was also a working day, a Monday, and it was supposed to be delivered to me on the 25th. However, stopping it on the 25th, today on the 27th, I am lodging a complaint about it, as I still have not received the parcel, and the loss I am suffering due to this non-delivery should be borne by the company, and I should be refunded the delivery amount.
I booked a parcel containing cosmetic items through Leopards Courier Services with the following details:

According to the tracking system, the status was updated as “consignee not available.” However, this is completely false as no delivery attempt was made and no call was received by the consignee.
The parcel was later returned. Upon opening the parcel in the presence of the courier branch manager/staff, it was discovered that the original items were missing and replaced with empty packaging. This clearly indicates that the contents were stolen during transit by courier staff.
This is a serious case of negligence, fraud, and breach

I used their overnight shipping to ship a parcel from Karachi to Islamabad and it took 5 days. They have worst procedure and the shipping status is Soo wrong it took almost 3 days to reach Islamabad and 2 days to get it shipped to me within Islamabad

Parcel is booked from Sama Plaza, Blue Area Islamabad Branch. Mistakenly Shipper wrote the wrong origin: Lahore. Which should be Islamabad, but that's okay if he write it wrong, then the Franchise staff should have to notice it and should have tell the shipper or sender to change it but the didn't. They Booked and according to them they sent it to head office which is at IJP road, Rawalpindi. It's been 20 Days no parcel delivered, We complaint so many times they didn't bother to solve, They are just saying that We didn't receive the parcel, go to franchise and ask. Franchise staff said we sent to head office go ask there. What should we do now? Carry Gun and go ask both of em?

Hmm, I had ordered the size of the suit, it has not arrived, due to which I have to return the suit and get the money back. I had also talked to the person who had sent this, he blocked my number. The rider who had come to deliver the suit had said that you should get it returned and you will get the money back. They use dishonest and fraudster riders. If they are in legitimate business they should have known that they have to use people who doesn't have criminal background, Also, they should have make their own training regarding the policies and they have to trained their riders with honesty and professionalism. I ordered some product from The cut price online platform and they used leopard courier services to deliver my order. On the other side I ordered another order from Maniya online platform. Prices were different on both platform. I live in the UK and ordered online because my mum is in Pakistan right now. So, I thought she will bring the stuff for me.
He saw that my uncle is in hurry and my uncle mixed up with my other order as he recieved a call from another platform 5 minutes ago about 29400 rupees and when your rider arrived my uncle was going to funeral and he thought he is the same one who called for 29400. That's why he counted infront of him and gave it to him without seeing the receipt on the parcel. Your rider should have told him that order is not that much. He picked the opportunity of confusion and took the money from my uncle this is called dishonesty. Now the Cut Price people are saying we are not responsible than who is responsible. As I trust the Cut price prople and they trusted Leopard courier services. It means people are trusting the Leopard courier servies to use trustworthy people not fraudsters.That's why Pakistan still not have ebay and amazon like services yet. Even India have these two platforms. Now I understand why. I always wonder why these two services are not in Pakistan. It's a shame for good people who are living in Pakistan. Only because of some bad people all others are surviving.
I suggest never ever use them. They are not trustworthy.

This is a parcel of mine which I have not received for many days and I have not been contacted in this regard.
Today I went to their head office and I found out that an employee named Khawar has delivered the parcel to the wrong address of Aliza Pharmacy without contacting me.
and status done with his own name .
they said that please take it from there ( Aliza farmacy) .
I visited that farmacy and inquired that parcel but they said that we have not received any such parcel.
I contacted the Rawat head office again and they said you should wait till tomorrow.
I have already been waiting for twelve days and still don't know when I will receive my parcel.
even we don't know we will get it or not?
