we are a leading eyeglass provider online, shifted from other couriers, started leopard service since 5 months ago, only first month was bit fine then the service and support down and worst day by day. Resulting return ration too high more than 100+ returns without approaching to the customers (we have recorded the proof) for which we got much loss, the reputation and slowing our fast growing business just because leopard worst service. Also no response from supports, AC.managers etc.etc. Can anyone please tell is there chance to improve or you guys approaching to closeup the service soon.?

A parcel despatched from Karachi with watches worth 150,000 Rupees were stolen and the were package received had stones. Leopard says that since no video is present, we will not accept the claim even though their system shows change in parcel weight.

I have submitted the documents for MOFA apostille attestation at QUETTA center on 23 July.
The documents received at Karachi Facility center on 25 July. After that the the check list were missing in the documents and we were asked to resubmit the check list on 08 August.
Now yesterday i cam to know through tracking that documents were arrived to QUETTA Facility center and in the same date are dispatched to KARCHI facility center again.
These documents were supposed to be attested with in 10-15 days and now it is over a month that i have not received documents.
and yet don't know, when they are going to return my documents. These documents will expire by the end of month.

تو ہم نے واپس آنلائن شاپ والے سے بات کی اس نے کہا کہ واپس کریں ہم آپ کو پے منٹ واپس دیں گے، پارسل ہم نے لیوپورڈ کے تھرو واپس بھیجا، 25th july صورتحال یہ بنی ہے پارسل تو واپس بھیجا جب آنلائن شاپ والے کو کہا کہ پیسے واپس بھیجو اس نے کہا مجھے پارسل نہیں ملا۔ لیوپورڈ سے ایک ماہ تک رابطہ کیا وہ کہہ رہے، ہم نے وہاں بھیجا
لیکن پارسل وہاں شاپ والے کو ملا ہی نہیں۔
ساری غفلت لیوپورڈ کی ہے۔ وہ ٹھیک سے بتاتے نہیں کالز نہیں اٹھاتے۔
برائے مہربانی لیوپورڈ پے سخت ایکشن لیا جائے۔

I order on sapphire website worth 12307 ruppes. I received a parcel from Leopard service and guy charged me Rs 12010. But when I opened packaging insted my order found 3 fake pants. Sender addres was not given on packaging, just mention ID and wrong contact number.
Contacting Leopard and send email every day but untill now did not receive any response. Leopard must know sender, that’s why charged money on behalf of sender. Look like Leopard also involve in sender fraud activity.
