I made a card payment on PriceOye. The order was cancelled and refund was claimed to be processed on 27 March 2026.
My bank has confirmed that no transaction has been received or is pending. PriceOye is refusing to provide ARN/RRN, so the transaction cannot be traced.
I have already raised a dispute with my bank.
Kindly ensure refund proof (ARN/RRN) is provided or refund is re-initiated immediately.
I strongly advise caution when shopping here. I specifically used their website filters to find a phone with NFC capabilities. After purchasing, I discovered the NFC does not work. When I contacted support, they claimed NFC is "region dependent," yet they were unable to tell me which region the phone actually belongs to. Despite this issue, they continue to list the product under the NFC filter on their site. This is misleading at best and a scam at worst. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

I have bought an apple charger 20w from them thinking that they provide authentic items but after quite some time I researched about their model numbers and found out the Uk 3-pin model of apple charger is 2347 only and in there box and on charger it’s written 2344 which is an American 2 pin chargers so dig through chatgpt and they have clearly said its from grey market.
