Refund of Monthly Recurring Payment

I am requesting a full refund for all monthly recurring payments deducted from my account by PI Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd. These payments have been deducted repeatedly on a monthly basis. I did not intend to continue this recurring payment/service and I request that all eligible recurring charges be refunded. Please also cancel/disable any active subscription or recurring payment linked to my account so that no further deductions are made. Kindly investigate these transactions and confirm the refund and cancellation in writing.
