Dear EasyPaisa Team!
I‘m Muhammad Hammad Arshad. I’m writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding my easypaisa Account: 032365****88. Which has unexpectedly locked.
My account has been locked because of this payment: (8039PKR) TID: 36185380102. I sold a cat on OLX and they transferred 8039PKR to my easypaisa account from “MARIYEM ZAFAR” Account no: 034553****50 at 02:00 PM on Apr 28, 2025. There's nothing I can do with easypaisa, I can't send payments to other accounts, I can't use any future of easypaisa due to this payment.
23 JUN have passed but still my account is not unlocked. Ticket I'd : 16687448
I respectfully request that you look into my matter and urgently resolve this issue.

I send money from eassypaisa to meezan bank account but money is not received in
I transferred an amount from my Easypaisa account to my Meezan Bank account on (24-May-2026). The amount has been deducted from my Easypaisa account, but it has not been credited to my Meezan Bank account.
I have checked my Meezan Bank account statement, and the transaction is not showing there. Kindly investigate this issue and update me regarding the status of my transfer.
