Placed order on May 19, 2026, for TRESemme Conditioner & Hair Mask (Order ID: 21503245555). Paid Rs. 2,084.20 upfront via JazzCash BNPL.
It has been a full month, and the order is still not shipped. Today, their helpline representative shamelessly told me that I will get it by mid-July (making it a 2-month delay for basic products!).
I have already generated a formal Legal Notice under Section 28(1) of the Punjab Consumer Protection Act, 2005. If Bagallery does not issue an immediate full refund or ship my order now, I am taking them directly to the Consumer Court for mental agony and financial damage.
Demand: Immediate full refund of Rs. 2,084.20 or priority dispatch.
I placed order #21263005555 on 13 March 2026 and made full advance payment of Rs. 3,989.42. However, I have still not received my order.
There has been a significant delay with no proper updates, no dispatch confirmation, and no clear delivery timeline. The only response received was a vague message about Eid order backlog, after which there has been no meaningful follow-up.
This is highly disappointing and unprofessional. I request immediate delivery of my order or a full refund without further delay.
2 months ago I ordered two trousers but they were delayed two months after that they have sent by their own , afterwards the size was not perfect and they sent separately they charged extra charges on it very disappointed if they are not having enough stock so why they take order , even one of my order which is paid they haven’t delivered it till now 😒
they people are so crazy no proper order tracking details and its been more than 15 days my order is not delivered i paid out them in advance but they guys are such scammer shame on you
I reviewed order after one month. Pathetic. Tried to track my order , it showed no data. I almost thought my order isn't placed or cancelled. Turned out they tried to send it after month that's too a half order. Half will be sent again .
I ordered from them on 3rd July without informing they cancel my order on 9th July then I placed that same order again on the same day it’s been 31st July still no delivery I called them on 23rd they said custom issues it will be delivered by the end of the month today on the 31st I called them to cancel they hung up on me the most shittiest customer service and service of the most shittiest brand would never recommend Bagallery to anyone.
I have ordered few products from bagallery which they are saying its from Shein, but looking at the quality it seems like its not even near to it, disappointed, low quality, damaged product.

I placed an order with them and when i received it. It was a really bad quality bag i emailed them the same day that i want to return it they replied after days and said they will return it this that its been more than a months almost two months i didn’t hear from them when i emailed them they lied and said their delivery person came but i didn’t respond to them so they returned when i contacted them n told em no one approached me they were acting entitled and later a different person completely changed on his words and said we never said that we sent anybody because your area is out of our reach, basically they lied
Now they want me to send the parcel to them. I told em i paid the fee its their responsibility and issue not mine.
Placed an order on 11 November 2024. Received half of it and contacted them on Instagram after 49 days that I still haven't received the rest of my order. I asked for a refund and they stopped replying to me. They saw my messages and just ignored me.

Refund issue Bagallery!
Been chasing bagallery customer care for a while now but they are not giving the refund
voucher.
Ordered a bag (Rs 2500) from bagallery and received it on may 18th, it was damaged so i emailed them on the same day as required by their policy. But they never replied even after multiple emails, then i left a bad review on the product which btw was never published on their site and called them. That is when i received a response ,they gave me two options either to receive 300 rs or return the item. I returned the bag (i had to pay the shipping fee as well) it was received on 5th june. To this date i haven't received the refund voucher, they keep on sending me automated responses. The whole experience was so frustraing.
I ordered from Bagallery worth 3500 around 3 months ago. Order was not complete and quality was also not that good. So I emailed them and requested for returning those products. They agreed for refund so I returned their products. It’s been 3 months they are making me fool that there is some technical issue. I requested them to give me a voucher of same amount so that i can purchase something else. But they are refusing it and continuously making excuses for refund.
Money not refunded. Its almost 2 months no sign of refund

Incorrect order.
Very late delivery.
I ordered nyx pushup lipstick and wax epilator but recieved used wax epilator full or scratches and wax marks on it, also the lipstick is nyx lingerie not nyx pushup. Incorrect lipstick.
