Product is not working. But one year warranty idea but not charging the wrong information idea bird that was not be charged and not working no battery timing please my issues result shukriya. I am a regular customer ID onic I like this company idea Nick but every two three day email complain but not response my email please contact me my complain then customer solution resolve. Helpline not responding but email address email not responding I am so tired 1 year warranty card available but product working one day very timing is not good charging is not good

I received MH-801 damaged and burned. The warranty barcode or number shows no product found on Dany App. Product doesn't turn on even showing charging light. Product gets too hot from burned area when plug-in charging.

Sir main ne audionic sesuperme x-20 neckband 03-10-2023 ko online Harida ta jo mujy mila hai laken sir es ko main jab charging par lagta ho to bahot time leta hai or dusra ya k ya charg bahot kam karta hai matlb jab main es par song waghera sunta ho to 1 ganta chalta hai or jab call karta ho to 40 mints main hatm hota hai. Dusri bat ya k jab main es ko full charge karo or main es par kuch b na suno matlb on b na karo to eska charge khud ba khud hatam hota hai.

I have ordered Audionic Airbud 4 from PriceOye.pk.
I got my parcel on 27th June 2023. I recorded a video while unboxing. The packing was fine. when I connected the airbud with my phone i realized the right side doesn't worked. So I charged it for 4, 5 hours then I tested again.
I realized that right side battery goes down within 2,3 minutes. I called priceoye customer care. They were asking to go to audiogen customer service in your city. There is no customer care service here. And previously i had worst experience with Audionic now Priceoye is doing the same.
I do have not the time to go to repair the new product. I have purchased from my hard-earned money for gift to someone on Eid Day.
Now this has ruined it.
Please help me with this.
