Refund SCAM

Hi

I order a laptop from them on 1st September and they cancelled the order on 11th of September and said that refund will be in your account in 40-45 days. I emailed them multiple times to confirm if they have initiated and refund and if they have can they share the refund Id but they stalled saying that all will be received on committed time. Now it's been 50 days since cancellation and refunds received and they are ghosting on emails and whatsapp. I have filed the complaint against them.
