Bought an expensive lawn suit and perfume on 06 May 2024. Till today package is not picked up by BlueEx courier services. It is too pathetic to call them again n again for the same thing. Every time customer service team gives a new reason. They must improve the delivery service. I am totally upset with them.

Aoa I had buy cosmetics products from F10 markaz islamabad 26-1-24 .I didn’t open those products because I had already these and waiting to finish once then will start new one.I used foundation and Bb cream few days ago they both have bad smell and also I got pimples on my face.i am using these products since 4years but did get any complaints.but this time I am very disappointed from your products. I have also invoice with me.it’s mentioned all the products some of production I still didn’t use .waiting for your best solution thanks

Bcz j. Provide us comfortable clothing, and also provide a facility of ulteration in our clothes specially in man collection. . but very first time today they refused to provide ultration in XL size, we need little fitting in outfit but they totally refused us..

I am seeking your urgent assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring justice prevails. The incident in question revolves around the purchase of a dress intended for my elder brother. During the transaction, I specifically inquired about the brand's policy on alterations or returns in the event of sizing issues. To my assurance, the sales representative assured me that they would readily accommodate any such concerns and facilitate alterations or returns as needed. However, the unfortunate turn of events unfolded when, upon returning home, my brother tried on the dress only to find that the size was not suitable.
In light of the sales representative's assurance, we promptly visited the J. store to request alterations, as initially promised during the purchase. Shockingly, the staff at the store outright denied offering any alteration services. To substantiate my claim, I presented an alteration slip from another J. store, only to be met with baseless allegations of potential forgery. They insisted that the services rendered on the slip were not applicable to my transaction. In the face of this unexpected adversity, I requested a refund, a standard practice for most reputable establishments. However, to my dismay, I was informed that J. does not entertain refund requests. Instead, I was compelled to choose an alternative dress from their inventory. I selected a different dress, which was priced at 4850 PKR, significantly less than the initial dress priced at 9250 PKR. When I inquired about a refund of the remaining amount, I was informed that a refund would only be possible if I opted for a dress of equal or higher value than the original 9250 PKR dress. To compound the matter further, the behavior exhibited by the J. staff throughout this ordeal was not only unprofessional but also remarkably rude.
In an attempt to assert my rights as a consumer, I brought to their attention the return and exchange policy prominently displayed on the J. website. However, they callously dismissed it, refusing to adhere to their own stated policies. As a concerned citizen, it is disheartening to witness a reputable brand engaging in such blatant unethical business practices and treating customers with utter disregard. I implore you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to ensure that consumers are treated fairly and in strict accordance with the established policies governing such transactions. I am grateful for your prompt attention to this matter and remain hopeful for a swift and just resolution.
