I placed an online order (Order No. 1013032412) and made an advance payment. The order was later cancelled by the company, and when I contacted customer support for a refund, I was advised that the order would be replaced and that I should not receive the Cash on Delivery order (Order No. 1013033258) that I had placed afterward.
However, both orders were dispatched and delivered, causing confusion and financial inconvenience due to the company’s negligence and poor coordination.
I request the concerned authority to kindly intervene and direct the company to process the refund for the cancelled order immediately and take necessary action to protect consumer rights.
Ordered Jubba on line on Feb 10 around 12 pm. J. did not ship it same day but they delivered to TCS next day and that to end of the day at 18:41. This was supposed to be delivered to me latest by 12 Feb but till now on Feb 14th I dont know the whereabouts of my parcel. 2 days ago I called them and told them to expedite as I wont be available from Feb 14 onward for one week. Nothing happened. I am not even sure I will get this pacel or not. I emailed them on Feb 12th no one, I reapeat no one even responded to my email. I never saw such a terrible performance on part of J.

Took my money above 50 000 rupees doesnt deliver the products, and it is more than 50 days didnt received my refund money every time you call they will say we will update you within 2 3 days but no response.

I visited J. Ocean mall Karachi branch yesterday, looking for Eid collection I asked a sales girl if these are available in required sizes and some other basic questions like where are 2 piece unstitched collection, and which one is the latest Eid collection, what’s the fabric? I was amazed how can they keep such people on job who don’t have any knowledge at all and I found out she was misguiding about each and everything when I read descriptions on the photos of dresses, even she did not have idea about prices, I noticed she was distracted her mind was somewhere else and she wasn’t interested in guiding, sales girl name Sadaf, you people should atleast keep an eye on what your staff is doing to customers. 🙏🏻
