Poor Quality and Claim Response

Received poor quality products and encountered the worst customer support — no replies to complaints, no resolution, no accountability. Honestly expected much better from a brand of such reputation.
We work hard to earn every rupee, and when a single suit starts from PKR 8,500, it’s not a small amount — it’s a serious purchase for many families. Is this really the standard JJ stands for?
They spoiled our Eid, and now they won’t even offer an exchange or compensation. No response, no support. Just silence.
Our hard-earned money is wasted.

I visited J. Ocean mall Karachi branch yesterday, looking for Eid collection I asked a sales girl if these are available in required sizes and some other basic questions like where are 2 piece unstitched collection, and which one is the latest Eid collection, what’s the fabric? I was amazed how can they keep such people on job who don’t have any knowledge at all and I found out she was misguiding about each and everything when I read descriptions on the photos of dresses, even she did not have idea about prices, I noticed she was distracted her mind was somewhere else and she wasn’t interested in guiding, sales girl name Sadaf, you people should atleast keep an eye on what your staff is doing to customers. 🙏🏻

I bought a [Kurta shalwar with 25 % discounted price with reference number JJKS-32978 from your centaurs store and after only wearing it once, I noticed significant wear and tear. Sir many apk sahiwal outlet sy cap purchase ki two days ago. Cap size small tha. or wo size pura nhi aya bara tha. ma size change karwany sahiwal outlet py gya to pata chala is sy chota size nhi hota many unko kaha k customize karwa dy kehty aisa nhi hota ap cap return k koi or cheez purchasr kr ly or cap k dobara order dy phr customize ho ga. kehty iska pesy customize ma adjust nhi ho gy. kindly slove this problem.

Delayed Tactics

Bought an expensive lawn suit and perfume on 06 May 2024. Till today package is not picked up by BlueEx courier services. It is too pathetic to call them again n again for the same thing. Every time customer service team gives a new reason. They must improve the delivery service. I am totally upset with them.

Aoa I had buy cosmetics products from F10 markaz islamabad 26-1-24 .I didn’t open those products because I had already these and waiting to finish once then will start new one.I used foundation and Bb cream few days ago they both have bad smell and also I got pimples on my face.i am using these products since 4years but did get any complaints.but this time I am very disappointed from your products. Refused to do minor ulteration in XL size outfit

Aoa. . I trust and purchased my all season outfits for my family from j.
Bcz j. Provide us comfortable clothing, and also provide a facility of ulteration in our clothes specially in man collection. . but very first time today they refused to provide ultration in XL size, we need little fitting in outfit but they totally refused us..
