They reached Lahore at 11:47 pm..but 1 luggage bags was missing,we registered a complaint on Lahore airport but Luggage bag not arrived yet,,we call him daily bases but problem not solved yet,kindly take action

I am travel from islamabad to Dammam Airport on 16 June 2025 by Air Sial Air Line PK746 and when i reached to Dammam Airport and upon checking i cane to know my luggage to came along with mu flight as this is totally unprofessional attitude of Air Sial Staff.
Already complaint filed in Airport but till now there is no update.

I traveled through airsial airline from Karachi to Lahore vide flight PF 145, my seat no was 11D, when plane parked, I try to move little bit faster as I don't have any hand carry luggage, how ever M****** shouting me and said that first the two man on front seat will go down (may be those are some beaurucrate , I asked the reason as there's no first or privilege class in plane. Instead of any excuse she shouted.
Anyways later on I told her about rude attitude, she said my name is ******, you can lodge the complaint
