I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a recurring issue with Telenor network signals in our area, Humra Ara. Whenever there is a power outage, the Telenor signals disappear completely, making it impossible for us to make calls, send messages, or use the internet.
This issue is causing significant inconvenience, especially during emergencies. Despite being loyal customers, we are unable to rely on the network's availability when it is needed the most.

Network/Internet coverage is often slow as a routine and sometimes no service. There is a problem in voice calls connectivity & voice breaking during phone calls as a routine when there is no electricity breakdown.
If there is electricity load shedding, the problem increases due to non-availability of generators and required signal towers.
we have been experiencing this issue for about a year, because the telenor customers/users/ consumers are increasing day by day but the telenor company has not increased the number of signal towers nearby/around and even the already installed signal towers are not properly maintained, upgraded/updated and/or provided generator facility.

Easypaisa is very irresponsible service that they prove their response towards customer.
