Subject: Request for Improvement in Telenor Network and Internet Services
Dear Sir/Madam,
Telenor's service quality has become very poor. While using the internet, the SIM network suddenly disappears, causing frequent interruptions. At times, the service becomes so unstable that even after refreshing the internet connection, the service is not restored.
We kindly request that these network and internet issues be resolved as soon as possible so that customers can use the service without interruption and their subscribed packages do not go to waste.

موضوع: ہمارے علاقے میں ناقص انٹرنیٹ اور کال سروس کے متعلق شکایت
محترم جناب،
ہم آپ کی توجہ اپنے دیہی علاقے میں Telenor نیٹ ورک کی انتہائی خراب سروس کی طرف دلانا چاہتے ہیں۔ ہمارے علاقے میں نہ انٹرنیٹ صحیح چلتا ہے اور نہ ہی کال واضح سنائی دیتی ہے۔ بار بار شکایت کرنے کے باوجود کوئی عملی اقدام نہیں کیا جا رہا۔
ہم نے ہفتہ کے دن رات 9 بج کر 07 منٹ پر کال کی تھی اور پھر پیر کے دن صبح 11 بج کر 14 منٹ پر بھی شکایت درج کروائی، لیکن ہر بار صرف تسلی دی جاتی ہے اور بہتر انٹرنیٹ سروس فراہم نہیں کی جاتی۔
ہمارے علاقے کے لوگوں نے آپس میں مشورہ کیا ہے جس میں کافی بڑی تعداد شامل تھی۔ سب کی یہی رائے ہے کہ اگر Telenor کمپنی ہمارے پورے علاقے میں بہتر انٹرنیٹ اور نیٹ ورک سروس فراہم نہیں کرتی تو ہم دوسرے نیٹ ورک سے رابطہ کر کے

It is humbly to inform that I have activated free bundles of Telenor to Telenor and other network package till the end of this month and the net package for the one month till 27th June 2026 yesterday and after the activating package my balance was about Rs. 310/-. Having calls and net packages my balance gone down about Rs 10/- upto the time writing this message. When I contacted to the help line, operator told me that your sim is unable to support the free bundles packages. If it was so then at the time when I was activating the package Telenor authorities must have to notify me about such problem relating to my number.
You may please refund the undue amount and convert my sim to support the bundles activated.

Mairi telenor ki sim 2g thi jo pechy se band ho gai . Mainny new 4g sim nikalwai hai but wo registered nai ho rai . 3 se 4 br franchise b ho gai hu . Lekin wo complete form submit nai krwa rehy. Mairi age 65+ hai toh unho ny biometric nai li . Keh rehy thy call aye gi ap ko jb k abi tak call nai aie 3 weeks ho rehy hain . Kindly mairi sim activate kry.

Worst internet service in my town that telenor has my phone is showing 4G but still telenor can't even run Google you are not honest with yourself showing 4G but still not working

Telenor internet services is 1/10 bcz every time it rains the internet service left and not only the day of raining it remains shut down for two to three days and the packages we have subscribed are none of use and waste of money so please make sure that rain doesn't interrupt your internet service because the other networks like jazz,ufone,onic,zong are 10/10 in our area.

السلام علیکم جی میرے اس نمبر پر میں 222 پر میں نے کال کیا تو ادھر مجھے بتاتے ہیں کہ اپ کے پاس 144 منٹس میننگ ہیں جو کہ 2036 کو ختم ہوں گے نا تو اپ وہ میرٹ کرنا اور اب میں بھی بالکل شو نہیں ہو رہا کہیں پر بھی نہیں ہے صرف وہ اس پر بتاتے ہیں میں نے ادھر ہیلپ لائن پر کال کیا انہوں نے کہا ہے کہ اپ کمپلین سبمٹ کرا دیں تو اپ کا یہ مسئلہ حل ہو جائے گا اپ مائی ٹیل نار ایپ میں اور بالکل یہاں سے ختم کر دیں تاکہ وہ یعنی کہ میرے جو منٹس ہیں ان کی ایکسپائری ڈیٹ اور سب کچھ ختم ہو جائے یہاں سے میں 222 پر پھر کال کروں تو وہ مجھے جیسے کال کی منٹس کی اپڈیٹ دیں تو ادھر کچھ بھی نہ ائے ٹھیک ہے ادھر نیٹس اتے ہیں لیکن ادھر شو نہیں ہوتے مائیکل نہ رہائب میں اپ یہ بالکل ختم کر دیں

السلام علیکم سر میں نے ایک پیکج لگوایا ہے*699#سے 30 دن کے لیے 500 اون نیٹ منٹس لیکن پیکج 30 دن کے لیے تھا میں نے کل لگوایا ہے اج کاز بھی نہیں ہوئی پیکج کدھر گیا ہے لہذا میری کمپلین ہے مجھ سے فراڈ ہوا ہے ٹیلی نار کی کمپنی نے کیا ہے صرف ایک دن پیکج چلا ہے 30 دن کا معاہدہ ہوا ہے اس وجہ سے پیکج لگوایا تھا اور کوئی کالز نہیں ہو رہی مجھ سے فراڈ کیا گیا ہے پیکج کی مدت 30 دن تھی کل ہی لگوایا ہے یکم اپریل کو اج دو اپریل ہے لیکن پتہ نہیں چل کیوں نہیں رہا کمپنی والے نے کچھ کیا ہی نہیں رہا ہے تو میری کمپلین ہے کمپنی والوں سے کہ پیسے بھی لے لیے ہیں پیکج 30 دن کا تھا ایک دن میں پتہ نہیں کدھر ہو گیا میں نے اتنی کالز بھی نہیں کی صرف ایک کال کی ہے صرف کل اج کال ملائی ہے تو کہہ رہے ہیں کہ اپ کا بیلنس نہ کافی ہے پیکج کدھر گیا میرا
