تقریبا ایک مہینے سے ٹیلی نار کی ٹاور سروس انٹرنیٹ اور ٹیلینار لوڈ شیڈنگ کا شدید مسئلہ درپیش ہے کافی کمپلینیں درج کروائی ہیں لیکن ہمارا مسئلہ حل نہیں ہو رہا کمپلینے ٹیلی نار کے ہیلپ لائن نمبر پر 345 اور یو این اے نمبر پر بھی درج کروائی ہیں اپ سے گزارش ہے کہ ہمارے علاقے کی سروس پر اور ہم پر رحم کریں ٹیلی نار کی لوڈ شیڈنگ کا مسئلہ تقریبا ایک ڈیڑھ سال سے جاری ہے بارہا کمپلینیں بھی کی ہیں لیکن کوئی عمل درامد نہیں ہوتا بعض اوقات ٹیلر کا ٹاور ساری ساری رات سروس چھوڑ دیتا ہے سروس آتی ہی نہیں اپ سے التماس ہے کہ پلیز مہربانی کر کے ہمارا مسئلہ حل کر دیجئے میرا کنٹیکٹ نمبر034137**** اور 0346738**** اپ کا بہت بہت شکریہ

I recharged my Telenor sim though United bank app, the recharge was successful and my balance from app deducted. I checked balance in Telenor app and it was actually successful. Then I subscribed a package but my all balance got deducted but offer not subscribed. I called on helpline, they said they don't know about any balance. I want to know where I can get my balance
