I am writing on behalf of the residents of Village Jalu Jo Choro, Taluka and District Umerkot, Sindh, to complain about the poor Telenor network service in our area.
Telenor is the only mobile network available in our village, and a large number of people depend on it for communication, education, business, and emergency needs. Unfortunately, the network service is very weak and frequently becomes unavailable. In many cases, the service works for only a few hours and then remains off for several hours, causing great inconvenience to the residents.
