Spring Mattress
I had purchased Spring Mattress since 3 to 4 year which showing disaster from the side and centre pitch. I had already launched complaint last year and company picked it which resolved last year but the problem is still arises again.
Would you do any needful in this regard.

Request for replacement dura foam spine plus
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent purchase of a Dura-Foam Spine Plus Mattress, Size: 78x72x6 (6 1/2x6x6), from your company. On June 29, 2021, I bought this mattress from your store with the Dealer Code 4087, Royal Foam Center, with the expectation of receiving a high-quality product. Unfortunately, upon using the product, I discovered that it was defective.
I would like to request your assistance in facilitating a replacement. Please let me know the steps I need to take to resolve this issue. I look forward to your prompt attention to this matter and a satisfactory resolution.

Mattress replacement
I registered complain by service center my complain number is 117934 the team is come and check the mattress then I again call the service center he give me complain number and person who will be change this but the man said he don't received and alert continues follow up the team but no any response and also he give me address of landhi for replacement and I am living in Gulshan-e-iqbal so please help me in this if you don't do this kindly clear this asap
