Complaint Regarding Undelivered Order – #n7nq-2514-g59u
Dear Foodpanda Team,
I placed an order on April 3, 2025, at 4:07 AM through Foodpanda, with order number #n7nq-2514-g59u. However, I have not received my order, and the delivery rider has not contacted me.
My order was supposed to be delivered to ZamZam Peyala Branch 7, Karachi Saddar, but it has not arrived, and I have not received any updates. Please look into this matter urgently and either deliver my order or process a refund.

I booked an order yesterday for household grocery items but one milk pack cream packet and one
dawn cake piece packet was missing in my order and I have already made the payment in advance from my card. I need my items to be delivered or else please refund my amount.
I am 54 years old and rely on foodpanda to order my medications, yet for the past four days, I have been unable to place any orders after adding funds to my Pandapay account. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer support through the app, email, and phone, I have received no real assistance—just automated responses that don’t resolve anything. This is completely unacceptable behavior. My money is stuck in their system, and I am being denied access to essential medication. I need this issue resolved immediately, as it is affecting my health and well-being.
Today an order was placed on food panda at KFC jauhar. At 6:57 the order shows delivered but no one has delivered the meal. Now KFC jauhar is not responding and teaching us to complain on foodpanda official
The rider received amount and not delivered parcel and lied that I had delivered, please make my amount reverse or send me the groceries.
please remove VAT charges from DELICIOUS FOOD kitchen because it is Homechef Account.
"My restaurant is in Type 1 Unregistered category as per Foodpanda Tax collection terms.
Foodpanda can't and shouldn't charge VAT from Type 1 vendors.
Please remove this unfair VAT deduction from customers as it is hurting my business.

On the day before yesterday, I placed an order, which was successfully delivered by your rider. However, I unfortunately experienced a double payment situation, as I made an online payment and the rider also collected payment from me. I have been trying to reach the rider, Fida Hussain Chishti, but his phone appears to be switched off. I kindly request your assistance in processing a refund for the extra payment.

I placed an order today on FoodPanda Pakistan, and after an hour, I noticed on the app that it was marked as delivered. When I contacted the Help Centre to address this issue, the call center representative bluntly told me that they couldn't assist and that I needed to reorder. This is unacceptable. In Karachi, FoodPanda’s call center staff ensures proper customer compensation, but as a guest in Lahore, I found the response here deeply unsatisfactory. The vendor should be penalized, and FoodPanda should have handled my issue more positively. I am extremely disappointed with FoodPanda’s response—this level of customer service is completely unacceptable.

I ordered on food panda from KFC ....my order number was#178p 2440-0162..... order was placed by credit card from my ubl card ...... but didn't received my order.....and the food panda is showing anytime now on delivery status from past half hr......
I Mistakenly order from foodpanda and cancelled the order immediately but they aren't refunding or there is no option of refund.

Yesterday I was ordering through foodpanda app I was ordering food and select self pic option I order through my credit card the charge amount from my credit card but when I visit the restaurant for order taken the restaurant is closed I chat with food panda customers care the are said me the investigation are under process now he is closed my complaint without my concern
My brother ordered some monthly groceries from Foodpanda, including sugar, tea, soap, and detergent,, as they were offering a discount. However, we didn't receive the order. We thought it was canceled due to network issues related to the 20 Safar Jaloos, but when my brother checked, it showed as delivered. ordered from naheed through foodpanda today. Initially my bill was 6023. I paid the rider 6080. When I opened my things, two items were missing thus I opened foodpanda to complaint about it and found out that two items were out of stock therefore not sent. I called the rider to return my money as new bill was 4023. He said he will come after 10min but his number became out of reach after that. I got a call from foodpanda rider team asking if my things were delivered, I explained him this situation, he said to complaint on help centre. When I complained to agent on chat, my order status showed cancellation instead of delivered. Agent on chat said that rider team cancelled the order therefore they can’t help.

On 2024.04.04 I tried to placed the order by making the online payment via Jazzcash and the money was captured by Foodpanda but the order was not placed. And the Foodpanda ever since i ask them to refund they give me 10 business days time frame and its been a month they haven't gave back my money. It was the amount of 2094.49
