Order Issue – Missing Items and Refund Discrepancy
I ordered 5 packets of Meezan Cooking Oil, but none of the packets were delivered. However, I have only received a refund for 1 packet.
I also attempted to submit a complaint through the app, but after uploading the required image, the system displayed a processing error and the complaint could not be registered.
Please investigate this matter and arrange the refund for the remaining 4 packets that were not delivered.
