Refund issue

“I received a damaged product in unsafe condition. The glass bottle was broken upon delivery and the item was unusable. Closing the complaint without refund is against consumer rights. I request immediate refund or replacement, otherwise I will escalate the matter to Pakistan Citizen Portal and Consumer Protection authorities.”
