Unauthorized Automatic Money Deduction by PI

Dear Support Team,
I am lodging this complaint against PI Pakistan Pvt Limited (parent company of Tapmad TV) for unauthorized and automatic deductions from my mobile wallet account without my explicit consent. PkR 499 was deducted from my Easypaisa
account under the billing name "PI Pakistan Pvt Limited".
I did not actively subscribe to any monthly premium plans, nor did I authorize recurring payments. This practice of hidden auto-debit renewals is highly unethical and misleading for consumers.
