Very disappointed with this purchase and the support I received. The headband material started peeling within just an hour of opening and using the Soundcore Space One Pro, and the inside cushion material also started showing signs of wear. I reported it immediately with close-up photos, but my complaint was rejected on the basis that it was not product damage present at the time of opening. For a premium-priced headphone, this level of material wear within hours is unacceptable and should be taken seriously as a quality issue.
