withdrawal of money from my easy pesa by another app without permission

another app Dil Ka Rishta withdrew amounts Rs.5,000 twice from my account and easy pesa allowed them to withdraw without any intimation to me, no pin no OPT and allowed them to get money from my account. I informed easy pesa a week earlier, but they did not bother to protect their account holder.
