we have been experiencing this issue for about a year, because the telenor customers/users/ consumers are increasing day by day but the telenor company has not increased the number of signal towers nearby/around and even the already installed signal towers are not properly maintained, upgraded/updated and/or provided generator facility.

But when the parcel was received some items were missing from the package i.e.
1- 2 badam packet
2- 1 pistachu packet And
3- 3 choclate packets
It was stolen by the courier staff because i had submitted it by my hand.
Thats not the customer satisfaction and its not the way to do business.
Kindly make a quick notice on that i will not recommend anyone to use M&P courier services.

The Rider called about our adress, we explained evrything In a very specific and detailed Way. He understood and said the package Will be delivered the next day. The Package never came. We tried multiple times to contact the Rider by the phonenumber he called from, but he never answered. I contacted the Shipper and also she contacted the Rider and got the answer that the package would now return to her because the adress and number is not correct. Why your Rider is lying I dont know.

They are supposed to complete the delivery themselves instead of expecting the customer to arrange for it. Nowhere during the order process on Daraz was it mentioned that the delivery would not be done to my apartment. The rider was extremely disrespectful and asked me to make necessary arrangements to get the parcel to my house, or he would charge extra. These people are a big scam and I wish this company shuts down in Pakistan sooner rather than later so we are free from the worst kind of businesses who have gotten the platform and the opportunity to become an ugly monopoly.
