Active Package Disappeared Before Expiry

I activated a Make Your Own Offer package through My Telenor App on 30 December on my number. The package was successfully activated and used for some days.
On 4 January, the package suddenly disappeared before expiry, and all remaining MBs and minutes were removed. I did not receive any confirmation SMS for this package.
After contacting helpline, the app stopped showing my 30 December history, but I managed to take screenshots earlier as proof, which are attached.
Kindly check my number and restore remaining benefits or resolve the issue as soon as possible.

It has been 6 days since this complaint was published, but no response has been received from Telenor yet. Kindly look into this matter and provide an update at the earliest.
