I am writing to report a fraud incident involving a recent purchase attempt on Daraz.
Incident Summary
A seller obtained my personal delivery details (Name, Delivery Address, and Phone Number) through a Daraz order request. Instead of processing the order through the official Daraz fulfillment pipeline, the seller bypassed Daraz and booked a non-Daraz Cash on Delivery (COD) parcel directly via Leopards Courier from Multan.
My family member received and paid for this parcel, believing it to be the legitimate Daraz delivery. Upon opening the package, it contained a cheap item (valued at around PKR 150) instead
