Poor internet service

It's been ten days since the internet service has been down, but has anyone tried to fix it? You guys have only fueled the loot market. This happens every month. You guys still don't feel ashamed. We get the package installed and the internet service shuts down. Then you guys take a month to fix it. By then the package is gone. Please have some mercy on us. You are forcing us to get this SIM card deactivated.
