Parcel not received huge loss

I had ordered a parcel, which was supposed to be delivered via Leopard Courier. I also have the tracking number, and their tracking record is available. The parcel left from Karachi on the 21st, and it reached my nearby station, Manshera, on the 24th. And the 25th was also a working day, a Monday, and it was supposed to be delivered to me on the 25th. However, stopping it on the 25th, today on the 27th, I am lodging a complaint about it, as I still have not received the parcel, and the loss I am suffering due to this non-delivery should be borne by the company, and I should be refunded the delivery amount.
