I don't like your after services its been 7 days my LED complaint is pending. My LED is not old its only 7 month use screen went off. I compaint on 15 its been 1 week no response for parts change they keep saying parts will be deliver from Lahore. Karachi is the main hub and you don't even have parts availability in Karachi. Then dont sell your product in Karachi. It was my first and worst experience of tcl. And I won't recommend any one if there led stop working it will take more que time wait time to repair on Warranty.

We bought a new Ac DC inverter model 18HES-2 last year it was working perfectly last year but this year Ac is not working properly not even doing cooling properly please resolve our issue

I’m facing issue with my 50 inch LED Smart TV which is in warranty. Its display is not showing. We have complaints in the retail store as well but they didn’t respond us well. They are misbehaving with us. That’s your service seriously??
Very disappointed from TCL. Which says Number 1 TV brand. I’ll put my reviews on your all pages with my family. That’s not they way you are dealing woth us. We are complaining from Last month at your retail stores.

Maine 30th january ko panel fault ki complain karai thi aur apna unit bheja tha tcl company ko repair ke liye 14th feb 23 ko mujhe unit wapis bheja gya jab recieve kiya to unit damage tha maine dobara company ko unit wapis bheja ab one and a half month hogya hai tv mujhe nai de rahe roz naye bahane bana dete hain
