wrong status

Hello Leopards Courier Team,
I am writing to you regarding my parcel, which currently shows the status "Ready to Return - Consignee Not Available." I would like to clarify that no delivery attempt was made at my address, nor did I receive any call from a rider. Therefore, the status is incorrect.
I urgently require this parcel and request that you please do not return it. I am willing to pick it up personally from any of your offices. Please let me know the specific location where I can collect it.
