Internet problem and incoming call

I have face many problem related using this network internet issue not proper working single dot on network
Second call problem
No call ingoing after some minutes a message delivered that someone is calling you
I use this for my professional use
Complaint many time but not resolve
If not resolved within days i may convert to another network poor signals and roaming
