Refund please from them

They scammed us first of all idk what happend but didn't they deliver what i wanted then they tried to give excuses that they will exchage it but then they backed out when i threatened them with bad reviews the rider and the seller both are in this scam when i received the package there was not information on the packet the little white paper that has all information barcode etc it wasn't there they blocked us when i gave them bad review please help me get a refund
