I placed an order for their floral gown maxi, around the 21st September and contacted them multiple times throughout 3 months but never got a response, they always left my messages and calls on read. I would call and text almost 5 times a week and all they ever told me was that article is in production. Please dont ever buy from this company they’re a total scam, they take money and dont send you any clothing item. Total scam and rip off. Im utterly disappointed.

I have ordered a dress from this website. When i received the dress the stitching of the dress was very bad. The back of the shirt is smaller than the front. Trouser is too tight. They wrote in the description that length is 36 while its 35 and i was not satisfied with my purchase. The cost of dress was around 4k for 2 piece. I contacted them on watsapp so they said that you might have ordered wrong size. I told them the size that i ordered was right. And i told them the whole issue and asked them to either exchange or refund. They said we don't offer exchanges when we sent the right size. After that I asked them that i have spent so much money on this dress you have to resolve my issue. They stopped responding after viewing my message.
