I visited the Stylo outlet at kedia branch. I went there to raise a complaint about my shoes
but unfortunately, the staff behaved rudely and did not assist me properly.
I request immediate action regarding this incident and guidance on how my original complaint can be resolved.

The rider came with the order and refuse to give order until we pay him. Than he went away charging us extra more than the price of shoes

I have placed an order and have made the advance payment and they are not delivering it yet. They have delivered all the other orders which were on cash on delivery made on the same day. Their representatives are so rude and they donot help or listen and kept saying that it is our company policy.I needed that urgently and now i am all helpless. they are not even refunding

Todays i visited stylo shop jacobabad city, i selected shoe to purchase the price sticker was pasted on shoes 2200 rs and confirmed by staff. On billing desk 2500 were charged . When i asked staff and seniour staff of shop about issue they said price is 3000 ,very bad response was by stylo shop staff and i think it is a question mrak on integrity of stylo company
