I want to leave a review on the Asim Jofa website. Their fabric quality is poor, and I received a torn suit. They are making it difficult to return the item and are charging me delivery fees for an exchange. My time and money have been wasted by buying a suit from them, and this has been a bad experience. I’m leaving this review so others can read it and learn from my loss, so they don't make the same mistake.

It's the eight day that I've been complaining about it and waiting on a response from your team. Nobody has returned calls or at least bothered to talk about the difficult situation your customer is in. I got an email ten days ago informing me that the shipment was on its way. And when we expressed our concerns in response to Asim Jofa's emails, your staff did not respond. Nobody has answered the phone. Furthermore, your delivery personnel are so incredibly rude and unpleasant that they hang up on you and turn off their phones before even delivering the package to the correct address. These people are such frauds. They don't care about customer service. Order No #AJ1069296

I am not satisfied with the quality of the products I received from the recent sale.
I ordered the following items:
Both of them are completely different from picture shown in color and look wise.
Green Mehndi and Orange Dress:
Received trousers in a different color.
The fabric quality is worse and is not as shown in the pictures.
Pink and Gray Dress:
The dupatta color does not match the picture.
While the image indicated "boski silk," I received Malai linen fabric instead.

I ordered stitched dress for my husband today and it was embarrassing situation when he wears it and found fabric seen throw and bad stitching.

Placed an order for a stitched and an unstitched dress. The unstitched dress came with out 3Meter lace that was already mentioned on the website and the packag leaflet in the description section. I contacted them, they sent the lace to a completely wrong address and now they are not sending the lace on my address. As if this was my fault. This mistake of theirs will have to be rectified by my self with my own money. On top will have to deal with this nonsense of looking for the lace in this hot summer weather. All because of a mistake on their behalf in the first place. Because the dress will just not look put together without the lace.

Worst ever purchase experience. Spent a lot of money on article purchased and stitching only trusting on brand name. Quality of fabric was very pathetic and shredded on first worn. When I called them for a complain they simply asked that if article not stitched, we can return or exchange. But honestly speaking without using anything how we would know the quality??? Very poor after sale services and policy. I will not recommend buyers to shop with Asim Jofa.

Worst ever purchase. Spent a lot of money only to get cheap quality dresses and not even matching the posters and trouser fabric was also not enough that my tailor had to put a Jor in it. They do not do any returns or exchanges. Dont recommend at all. Dont get whats the hype about it.

Asim jofa is a fraudulent brand; do not purchase their suits. The items they showcase in pictures differ significantly from what they actually send. For instance, the pajama appeared printed in the images but was sent in green color and poor quality. The lace on the dupatta borders, as depicted, was missing, replaced by simple, low-quality material. Avoid buying from them; they are a complete waste of money.

I have order above suite a week before for my fianace as eid gifts ...but unfortunately suits have some drawbacks/issues.....
This is totally embarrassing you guys are running such a huge franchise and the cost we paid was absolutely 💯 without requesting the discount and at the end we received an incomplete raw materials suite

Overall a bad experience ordered different suits twice only received 1 and no 1informed me that they'll not send 1 particular dress, all took delivery charges for both dresses n didn't return bad outage service.

I ordered a dress from Asim Jofa for my brother's wedding, and it cost me 12,099 including delivery charges. However, the suit they delivered was of extremely poor quality and did not match the type of suit they displayed on their website. Additionally, the delivery package was in a terrible condition, with the dress carelessly stuffed in a bag as if it were a free item. I paid 12k for the dress, but the quality and presentation were far from satisfactory. The dress they showcased on their website appeared to be made of high-quality chiffon, but they sent me a cheap crinkle chiffon fabric instead. I ordered two outfits from #Asimjofa and they delivered them. Order # is AJ11947 Later on after few days they sent me those two outfits again and while I was not at home my family received that parcel. When I checked them I realized they had sent it to me again so I called them and made a complaint. Mr. shahmeer from #asimjofa team guide me to send them back on their address and upon receiving I will get my refund in 15-20 days. I mailed them to their address on 11th April, 2023 and also sent them the pictures of all courier slips and all other details and was patiently waiting till 3rd may, 2023. When I called them for followup they said we have just lodged ur complaint today and it will take 30 days from now. I kept waiting and waiting in

Plus size is wrong
Pishwas size should be medium
Where chest size is 19.5
And Hips shall be of free size but it's less then waist n is around 16.5

I ordered dress from them few weeks ago. My dress came defective, it had missing embroidery and had stains l. Upon complaining they asked for pictures as a proof which I provided immediately. I was told that I will get the refund. I asked them the procedure abour the returns they said someone will come pick the dress in a week and when they’ll receive it they’ll process the refund thay would take approx 2 weeks.
Nothing has happened since than, I inquire about it almost every other day but get no response. They are very active in advertising their newly launched dresses but have no time to resolve this issue
