Complete unbearable suits
I ordered from their silk collection 3 suits. One stitched suit was so badly stitched it couldn't even be worn. One side of the kameez was hanging 4 inches longer then the other and the rest of the kammez was just so badly stitched as well. One unstitched article had the same problem and my Taylor refused to tailor it because the print was tilted and there would be a "teaar" in the cloth. Now I've been talking to their customer service team for months I returned one of the unsuits and they sent me back with the same problem the same suit so not only did they waste my time and money and the stitch suit they haven't even addressed the problem. Very very very disappointed!!

Missing of article
I've orderd 4 suits from Asim jofa..but there is no sleeves in one dress nor duptta border or lace..wothout sleeves the dress is useless..kindly provide complete dress according to the giving details..i m very disappointed from this kind of behavior from a famous brand like Asim jofa..please provide me complete dress..

Rider update the status without calling me
I didn’t receive any call from your rider today. Your riders are very dishonest. Such poor service — they updated the status as “customer received the parcel” without even calling me.

Pathetic and non professional service
**Extremely Disappointed – Unprofessional and Misleading Service**
I placed an order on **12th June** through Asim Jofa's online store. At the time of inquiry about the delay, I was assured that delivery would take **6 working days**. However, even after **10+ working days** and several follow-ups, there was no update on my order.
When I finally asked them to cancel, I started receiving frequent calls with excuses like *“we took more orders than we had stock.”* Shockingly, they continued to accept orders for the **same out-of-stock article** even after this.
Now it's been **almost a month**, and I still haven’t received any update regarding my **refund**. Every time I reach out, I get the same vague response: *“We will update you soon,”*

Received a very cheap item
I received my order and it was horribly stitched. Embroidery work was even not complete. It was left two inches before the edges. Shirt bottom was not straight. One sleeve had pipping but the other one was without it. I reported to them but they are not willing to admit their mistake. Cheap, cheap designer. Wil never buy anything from them. I wish I had read reviews about them before purchase.

I have recieved very poor dress from asim jofa there were cuts on dupatta and back was missing i complaint but there is no action on my complaint.

Zero customer service
I ordered a suit but when I received it I noticed that items do not match the website description. I contacted them with pictures of the item and website description which clearly doesn't match. The agent refused to help or accept the error. Every time I messaged I got the same response.

Thank you for contacting Asim Jofa. We deliver same as mentioned in design details please be noted extra laces and embellishments which are not mentioned in design details are not included in it. Regards, Team Asim Jofa"

Delivering low quality stuff
This brand is delivering low quality stuff. The dress has incomplete pieces. Pathetic customer care services. I recommend to not buy from this brand.

Poor Quality Product and Difficult Return Process
I want to leave a review on the Asim Jofa website. Their fabric quality is poor, and I received a torn suit. They are making it difficult to return the item and are charging me delivery fees for an exchange. My time and money have been wasted by buying a suit from them, and this has been a bad experience. I’m leaving this review so others can read it and learn from my loss, so they don't make the same mistake.

A fraud brand jo apko bewakoof banata hai
It's the eight day that I've been complaining about it and waiting on a response from your team. Nobody has returned calls or at least bothered to talk about the difficult situation your customer is in. I got an email ten days ago informing me that the shipment was on its way. And when we expressed our concerns in response to Asim Jofa's emails, your staff did not respond. Nobody has answered the phone. Furthermore, your delivery personnel are so incredibly rude and unpleasant that they hang up on you and turn off their phones before even delivering the package to the correct address. These people are such frauds. They don't care about customer service. Order No #AJ1069296

Worse fabric and different color of all articles
I am not satisfied with the quality of the products I received from the recent sale.
I ordered the following items:
Both of them are completely different from picture shown in color and look wise.
Green Mehndi and Orange Dress:
Received trousers in a different color.
The fabric quality is worse and is not as shown in the pictures.
Pink and Gray Dress:
The dupatta color does not match the picture.
While the image indicated "boski silk," I received Malai linen fabric instead.

Pathetic fabric and stitching
I ordered stitched dress for my husband today and it was embarrassing situation when he wears it and found fabric seen throw and bad stitching.

Incomplete dress posted
Placed an order for a stitched and an unstitched dress. The unstitched dress came with out 3Meter lace that was already mentioned on the website and the packag leaflet in the description section. I contacted them, they sent the lace to a completely wrong address and now they are not sending the lace on my address. As if this was my fault. This mistake of theirs will have to be rectified by my self with my own money. On top will have to deal with this nonsense of looking for the lace in this hot summer weather. All because of a mistake on their behalf in the first place. Because the dress will just not look put together without the lace.

Low quality Fabric on Article and No support on after sales complain
Worst ever purchase experience. Spent a lot of money on article purchased and stitching only trusting on brand name. Quality of fabric was very pathetic and shredded on first worn. When I called them for a complain they simply asked that if article not stitched, we can return or exchange. But honestly speaking without using anything how we would know the quality??? Very poor after sale services and policy. I will not recommend buyers to shop with Asim Jofa.

Asim Jofa Purchase
Worst ever purchase. Spent a lot of money only to get cheap quality dresses and not even matching the posters and trouser fabric was also not enough that my tailor had to put a Jor in it. They do not do any returns or exchanges. Dont recommend at all. Dont get whats the hype about it.

Crappy product.
Basically they are an online scam, they delivered a faulty duppata with lot of holes, and they never fixed or reply positively. buyer who are intended to buy from them, better to buy from Junaid Jumshed.
