Getting no response on returning item texts and emails

I ordered a dress which is too big from my size. From that day I am trying to reach their customer services but getting no response. I write emails but getting no response. I write a message in WhatsApp and they seen my text but still ignoring my complaint and giving no response. Now it's 5 days and I am still trying to contact them.
