Refund amount

I ordered two outfits from #Asimjofa and they delivered them. Order # is AJ11947 Later on after few days they sent me those two outfits again and while I was not at home my family received that parcel. When I checked them I realized they had sent it to me again so I called them and made a complaint. Mr. shahmeer from #asimjofa team guide me to send them back on their address and upon receiving I will get my refund in 15-20 days. I mailed them to their address on 11th April, 2023 and also sent them the pictures of all courier slips and all other details and was patiently waiting till 3rd may, 2023. When I called them for followup they said we have just lodged ur complaint today and it will take 30 days from now. I kept waiting and waiting in
