I picked up the shoes see the price I went to till boy on till he saying this shoes price difference 😒
Due to political instability rawalpindi & Islamabad is closed & network is also not available, so my order return back to where house that’s why I need refund of my amount
I purchase shoes at full price but they damaged after 3 to 4 times use. Ndure is not providing us surery that we are spending money at right place or not
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an unpleasant experience I had at your High Street branch in Sahiwal.
During my recent visit to the branch, I encountered extremely insulting and unprofessional behavior from the store manager. Despite being a customer, I was informed that parking in front of the store while shopping from it was prohibited. This forced me, and presumably other customers, to either park in front of neighboring businesses or walk a considerable distance, which was both inconvenient and discouraging.
Such treatment is not what one expects from a reputed brand like Indure, and it significantly impacts the customer experience. I hope this issue is addressed promptly, and that necessary steps are take
I have ordered a pair of shoes and its prepaid and I still havent received any details tracking number of my order. No replying on email and helpline. Kindly request them to refund my money or deliver my parcel on time. On daily they are spaming emails on their promotions but not a single proper reply from them.

Wrong order ..and shoes size wrong.....please return shoes and correct my order ....this not fair ...for company reputation....
It is intimated that the product I received from Ndure Online website had the following poor characteristics:-
1) The sole of the shoe is teared up
2) The condition of the shoe seems like it is used before
3) The vamp is sub standard
Therefore considering above facts it is requested that please refund my money as it's not value for money product. I hope that you will act it on this issue accordingly.
I order a shoes through their Facebook sponsored ads on 26th of July I send multiple emails and try to connect with them but they don't have time and failed to reply any of them. Poor Pakistan's online stores service.
Quality is pathetic. I bought the most expensive pair of shoes from ndure but what I got is a third class pair of shoes.

Complain against shows purchased from NDURE outlet main autobahn, Hyderabad.
On June 30, 2024 (evening) I purchased 03 items (One for my kid, one for myself, and one for my wife) with the total amount of PKR: 11698. We have paid the amount through online banking which is attached for your reference.
The representative said that due to the printer issues, we were unable to provide the receipt of the bill, and then we walked away with items purchased from the Autoban NDURE shop near the Royal Taj Hotel in Autobahn Road Latifabad, Hyderabad, Sindh.
Within 3 days we found some defect in my wife's shoes and shared the whole details with a representative at the shop, firstly

I Bought some shoes from Ndure, the shoes were from the high end section, but after wearing them 3 times the sole started to erode, come off from the bottom.
This was a high-end pair that cost me an arm and a leg but such poor quality, it couldn't withstand just 3 days of wearing.
Dismal quality from a brand.
My Ndure shoe purchase turned into a nightmare when they tore my ankle skin after just one day's wear. When I tried to return or exchange the defective product, Ndure shockingly denied my requests, blaming nonexistent allergies. This was my first and last interaction with Ndure. Their product quality and customer service left me extremely dissatisfied. Reputable companies should stand behind their products and provide top-notch service, but Ndure fell short on both fronts. I caution potential buyers to explore alternatives that prioritize quality and customer satisfaction over Ndure's dismal performance.
