I just wanted to exchange my article due to their pathetic stuff.after reading their exchange policy I contacted their representative but they give damn to customer complaints and queries

I ordered a dress from impression wear worth 9k bcause i saw some celebrities endorsing them (recently sarah khan/falak)
Anyway the dress sent to me looked nothing like the one in pic. It has no flare ans I've been chasing them for return, which btw they have the policy within a week, but they are not telling the return procedure nor replying to msgs and leaving on seen
