Refused to do minor ulteration in XL size outfit

Aoa. . I trust and purchased my all season outfits for my family from j.
Bcz j. Provide us comfortable clothing, and also provide a facility of ulteration in our clothes specially in man collection. . but very first time today they refused to provide ultration in XL size, we need little fitting in outfit but they totally refused us..
Kindly allow us to take this facility as we got in past all time
