Shoe Replacement

I purchased an Article from Ndure Store LAlarukh Wah Cant in November 2023 but found defect of scratch on Toe of shoe so returned back to store for replacement/ change with non defective fresh piece but the issue is still pending as 5 months have been passed despite contacted through email many time as well as help line. Waiting for positive response from top management.
