Poor customer service and no response against refund

I ordered a suit from Noora and received the wrong size (XS) initially. I dispatched them back the wrong size and waited for the correct size (XL), which they took ages to send and that too after multiple reminders, and when they finally did, the correct size had iron marks on the front of the shirt. Since then I have been asking them for refund and initially they were responding to WhatsApp texts and agreed to refund and get the damaged suit collected back but now they have stopped responding to my messages at WhatsApp or sms. Its not about Rs. 3200, its about the poor customer service and the unethical practices that they are doing.
I want my amount to be refunded as I have had enough with them.

I m purchase some dress from online agha Noor collection ..I send payment advance 7300 from bank account and jazz cash .but he is totally fraud
