Bad quality and different product

Few days back i ordered 2 olive color abayas from them in different sizes..they sent me one in pink and one in dark green in same size when i told them to refund my money they told me to wait and then blocked my account.the fabric and stitching was so cheap and bad quality.kindly help me refund my money
