My name is Syed Ansab Hussain Rizvi. Last night, I ordered a large pizza for 1149 rupees from California Pizza’s Haideri branch in Karachi through Food Panda. Initially, I chose pick-up, but then switched to delivery, which was supposed to take 30-45 minutes.
After waiting a long time, I called the branch and they said the pizza was ready for pick-up. I told them I had switched to delivery and couldn't pick it up, asking them to send a rider and I’d pay extra. They agreed but never called back. When I tried contacting them, they ignored my calls and eventually switched off their phone. My money was wasted, I stayed hungry, and had to deal with the inconvenience.

*Unsatisfactory Experience at California Pizza Quetta Branch*
I recently ordered from California Pizza's Koita branch and encountered several issues.
*Issues:*
1. Unavailability of Medium Pizza: Despite requesting a medium pizza, I was told it's not available and offered two small pizzas instead, with an additional charge of R200.
2. Forced Deal: I was forced to accept a deal including drinks (Coke) without opting for it.
3. Missing Burger Order: I ordered a burger, but it was not prepared. However, the charges were still added to my bill.
4. Confusing Service Charges: The staff member provided conflicting information about service charges: initially stating 2% for cash and 4% for card payments, then reversing the percentages.

I ordered pizza and Mexican sandwich from California pizza - Fb area branch, it hadn't fries and ketchup etc. sandwich is very dry and the order included the fries as well but didn't recieved. Ordered through foodpanda. Rider Contact no. 0315 7711110

I have ordered Pizza from this number (0300-8563134) on Oct 12, 2024. I have ordered thin crust Pizza but Carlifornia team has delivered thick crust. On top of that when I called for the complaint on UAN number, your customer support challenged me by saying you are lying as you have mentioned regular Pizza. Though on my push he agreed to listen recorded call and then said yes you are right. Seriously a very poor customer services I faced from Carlifornia Pizza and I was not expecting this, I am not write to you on this issue by considering human error but just because of your services representative who has challenged me and was denying (means I am lying). That makes me upset to write this down. Appreciate to look into this matter. Thanks

Just give you advice if truly care of your business and save your company brand name so please look after that what's going on your restaurants because they take very high amount of pizzas and deliver us too much low and 3rd class service 🙏

Deliver piza in 1 hour and 30 mint average, complaint alot but they even not respond. Next time i will never order california piza and also told my friend community to boycott..

Pizza takes what? About 15 mintues to bake. And the branch is a walking distance from my home. But they take more than 60 minutes to deliver everytime. Yesterday was the second time they did that. Management should take notice of this.

I ordered one Siracha flavored and creamy tikka flavored pizza. First i was only delivered one pizza and had to wait for the other one. The Siracha flavored pizza had the sauce missing on top which provides the flavor and for the other one it had no cream and was dry like it was over cooked.

The service was pathetic. Order was not completed. 3 burgers, fries and 3 dip sauses was jot delivered. After calling the rider he said that he will deliver the rest within couple of minutes....but....he just delivered burgers and fries and only one dip sause. What kind of bullshit service is this.

21May 2024! I ordered online California pizza .My experience is very bad and worst. i was order others brand but I felt that California is good brand that's why I ordered California pizza but i am very disappointed quality and taste 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I placed and paid for an order at 11.30, thereafter waited patiently until 1am, when I used the WhatsApp to ask about my delivery. The representative called me and told me the order was cancelled due to not being able to connect on the phone! When I had provided TWO numbers and when he got connected instantly. Then he kept on lying about trying to get through which they hadn't bothered to at all.
The refund process is gonna take 25 days and they offered no form of apology or compensation.
Logically speaking too, order has been placed and paid for in advance. Exact location details with landmarks has been provided. So why on earth would you cancel an order and not even bother contacting the customer.

I was order a one medium chicken fejita pizza and 6 chicken pieces with fries and one small sprite from lucky one mall branch at 25 march 2024(12:04 am) but they don’t give me the fries with the chicken pieces and when I asked them to packed the chicken pieces in take away form then they refused to packed the chicken pieces to me but at the same time they packed the order in takeaway form for the other person

They made our bill wrong and later they were not accepting the mistake۔ The manager of California pizza was still arguing that he was right and I was wrong . they said 3200 is my total bill but after I received my package the bill was 3950 ..
Im very disappointed ..never order again .

Manager of California's liberty branch is very rude and does not know how to talk to the customer at all. First they made our bill wrong and later they were not admitting the mistake۔The guy who took our order was admitting that he made a mistake but the manager was still arguing and refusing to refund the money and was fighting. I request you to replace such a manager who does not even know how to talk. Otherwise, we try not to go such a place. Otherwise we will try not to go such a place. But the guy who take our order is a good person and stop manager and repay our money. I made online payment from jazz cash.

I ordered a STUFFED CHEESY CRUST PIZZA from California Pizza through Golootlo app, and look the crust i got was empty and the kabab chunks weren’t edible even. The crust was completely EMPTY and the topping quality & QUANTITY is visible in the picture. I forwarded my complaint to both of them but they WEREN’T RESPONSIVE to any of my complaints.
