Poor customer care service aswell delivery

I placed an order in garden branch at 9:09pm
And delivery time that was mentioned in the order was 9:54 pm .when I didn't recieve order on time and called them, the representative over there lied us that you order at 9:40pm. then also I waited for 1.5 hours and rider came to deliver us pizza at 11:00pm and extremely cold pizzas. I returned them back this is not the right way to deal with your customers.
The most pathetic and worst service of your franchise.
If it was not feasible for you to deliver order on time then you must cancel it before, not let us wait for such long hour .
Really a bad experience and will share with other too that not to order from California pizzas ever.
