On June 9, they lied again that it was shipped, but after multiple calls, the tracking showed they dispatched it on June 9 at 2:00 PM. When I demanded a refund for this delayed service, they refused, claiming a "No Refund Policy." They vanished from WhatsApp from Friday to Tuesday, providing highly irresponsible and pathetic customer service. Public must beware of their lies and scams.
