Placed order on May 19, 2026, for TRESemme Conditioner & Hair Mask (Order ID: 21503245555). Paid Rs. 2,084.20 upfront via JazzCash BNPL. It has been a full month, and the order is still not shipped. Today, their helpline representative shamelessly told me that I will get it by mid-July (making it a 2-month delay for basic products!). I have already generated a formal Legal Notice under Section 28(1) of the Punjab Consumer Protection Act, 2005. If Bagallery does not issue an immediate full refund or ship my order now, I am taking them directly to the Consumer Court for mental agony and financial damage. Demand: Immediate full refund of Rs. 2,084.20 or priority dispatch.

The fraudster's name is Nusrat Nusrat / Anshara, Easypaisa account 03202601781.
