Hello Telenor Support, I am facing a network coverage issue in Village Domel, District Bannu, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The signal is very weak, and calls frequently drop. Staff extremely misbehaved

Yesterday I visited the Indus hospital in an emergency where all staff including Doctor was very cooperative but one counter staff named Arlan was very rude arrogant with ignorant behavior he was extremely rude, ill-mannered, impolite and unprofessional using Language " tu tarak " because of him I can't get medical assistance from doctor kindly take an action against him ASAP because it's an emergency ward and such type of behavior with serious patient can cause emotional damage.

Bad Experience

Visited Caprinos Gulberg today at 7 July for a take away for my business clients, and I' was a regular customer of Caprinos but this was such an annoying and bad experience. The quality was too bad, hard crust, burnt chicken and like pickle is Sprinted in chunks... Can't even explain how disappointed I'm,and upon contacting the customer care the response is even pathetic I'll strongly recommend everyone not to visit Caprinos at all

refund not being issued on time with cancelled order

recently placed a kfc order two days ago and the rider cancelled my order refused to deliver it due to accidental incorrect address, its been two days and the refund still hasnt being processed or being refunded in my debit card or my pandapay account, i contacted foodpanda customer support and they refuse to answer my question making excuses, i need my refund immediately

Complaint Regarding Online Fraud and Scam

I would like to file a complaint regarding an online scam that I recently experienced. I am a new digital marketing student and am still learning about online business practices. Due to my lack of experience, I was deceived by a scammer yesterday. The individual pretended to be a genuine customer and requested to place an order for 50 clothing items, making me believe it was a legitimate business transaction. During the conversation, the scammer fraudulently obtained PKR 500 from me. After receiving the money, the individual immediately blocked me on WhatsApp and stopped all communication. I respectfully request that this matter be investigated and that appropriate action be taken again

JazzCash Payment Successfully Debited but Not Credited to Quotex

On 21 June 2026, I made a successful JazzCash payment of Rs. 5,982 (approximately $20) to Quotex. The amount was deducted from my JazzCash account successfully (Transaction ID: 715427934263), but it has still not been credited to my Quotex trading account. JazzCash has officially confirmed in writing that the payment was successfully posted to the merchant and the complaint was resolved from their side. However, Quotex still says the payment is under verification and has neither credited my account nor issued a refund, despite more than 14 days having passed. I have repeatedly contacted both JazzCash and Quotex and attached all relevant evidence, including the payment receipt, JazzCash confirmation email, and Quotex screenshots. I request t
