Complaint Regarding Delayed Delivery Damaged Shipment and Refund Claim
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the extremely poor courier service provided by M&P for my recent shipment of mangoes. The parcel was delivered after an unreasonable delay, despite the shipment containing perishable items that required timely delivery. Due to this delay, the quality of the mangoes deteriorated significantly, and most of them became spoiled and unfit for consumption. Furthermore, upon receiving the parcel, I found that: • The package had already been opened or tampered with. • The weight of the parcel appeared to be less than the dispatched weight, indicating that some contents may have been lost or removed. • The remaining mangoes had lost their freshness, taste, and quality because of the delayed deliv

Rider cancelled the order without any reason and misbehaved on call. Rider’s name is wajid and his contact number is 0339 7278363. Kindly take notice because it causes a lot of trouble when order gets cancelled and we have to order again

Size and quality
The shoes look like they have been worn by many people, and the box looks like it was taken out of the garbage. There is dust on it, and it seems like people have stepped on it. Also, the size is not the same as what I ordered. I ordered size 39 and received size 41 instead. It feels like I bought garbage. This branch does not care about its customers and only cares about money. I am furious that I wasted my money for nothing 🤬😡 I will never buy anything from *Service* again if my problem is not solved

Staff extremely misbehaved
Yesterday I visited the Indus hospital in an emergency where all staff including Doctor was very cooperative but one counter staff named Arlan was very rude arrogant with ignorant behavior he was extremely rude, ill-mannered, impolite and unprofessional using Language " tu tarak " because of him I can't get medical assistance from doctor kindly take an action against him ASAP because it's an emergency ward and such type of behavior with serious patient can cause emotional damage.
