Complaint Details Subject: Unauthorized Third-Party COD Scam & Personal Data Misuse To: Customer Support / Fraud Prevention Team I am writing to report a fraud incident involving a recent purchase attempt on Daraz. Incident Summary A seller obtained my personal delivery details (Name, Delivery Address, and Phone Number) through a Daraz order request. Instead of processing the order through the official Daraz fulfillment pipeline, the seller bypassed Daraz and booked a non-Daraz Cash on Delivery (COD) parcel directly via Leopards Courier from Multan.
