I had a work-related accident in Saudi Arabia about one year ago. My sponsor/employer has not paid me any compensation or other dues related to the accident. Bagallery Fraudulent Shipping Delay and Advance Payment Held
Placed order on May 19, 2026, for TRESemme Conditioner & Hair Mask (Order ID: 21503245555). Paid Rs. 2,084.20 upfront via JazzCash BNPL. It has been a full month, and the order is still not shipped. Today, their helpline representative shamelessly told me that I will get it by mid-July (making it a 2-month delay for basic products!). I have already generated a formal Legal Notice under Section 28(1) of the Punjab Consumer Protection Act, 2005. If Bagallery does not issue an immediate full refund or ship my order now, I am taking them directly to the Consumer Court for mental agony and financial damage. Demand: Immediate full refund of Rs. 2,084.20 or priority dispatch.
