Delivery of defective item and declined exchange
I have purchased two dupattas online vide order # PK-009746070. Found one damaged item, Visited outlet in Saddar Rawalpindi on 4th working day of receiving the order, they refuse to exchange. Then I contacted online after 5th working day, they also declined stating timeframe of 7 days is over. I have suffered a lot just because the item’s quality was not properly checked by the store and they sent a damaged item, outlet declined exchange for no reason during early time and later customer service is making an excuse for delay. Since the basic error lies at the brand side, I should be provided a compensation.

I have purchased two dupattas from online store vide order # PK-009746070. One item was damaged. I did not expect this from Khaadi. Quality checking should have been done before sending this item. I went to Saddar Rwp outlet for an exchange but they refused. Then I raised a complaint via email but they also refused stating 7 days limit for exchange has passed. To b e noted, I physically went for an exchange on 4 th working day and asked for an online return after 5th working day. The point is, no exchange was required if store had suppled undamaged product and why did the outlet refused an exchange during early timeframe. Later the customer service is making an excuse for delay. Importantlly, brand is not taking responsibility for anything!

السلام علیکم میں نے اپنے دوست کو ایک سافٹ وئر سیل کیا تھا جس کے اس نے مجھے 14 ہزار روپے سینڈ کیے تھے جو کہ میرے ایزی پیس اکاؤنٹ میں ائے تھے لیکن اس کے بعد اس نے اس کی کمپلین کر دی اور میرے 14 ہزار روپیہ اپ نے ہولڈ پر لگا دیا اب میرے دوست نے وہ کمپلین واپس لے لی ہے تو برائے مہربانی کر کے جس کے میں سکرین شاٹ وغیرہ تصویریں وغیرہ بھی اپ کے ساتھ شیئر کر رہا ہوں تو برائے مہربانی کر کے میرے 14 ہزار روپے جو ہولڈ پہ اپ نے لگائے ہیں اسے میرے اکاؤنٹ میں ریفنڈ کر دیے جائیں مجھے واپس دے دیے جائیں

السلام علیکم اچھا میں نے کل اپنے ایک سافٹ ویئر جو ہے نا وہ سیل کیا تھا اپنے ایک دوست کو ٹھیک ہے جس کے بعد میرے دوست نے کمپلین کر دی تھی جو اس نے مجھے اماؤنٹ بھیجی تھی 14 ہزار روپے میری ایزی پیسہ اکاؤنٹ میں اب اس کی کمپلین کے بعد میرے جو 14 ہزار ہیں وہ ریسٹرکٹڈ لگ گئے یعنی کہ اس پہ وائلیشن یعنی کہ 14 ہزار ہولڈ پہ لگ گئے اب اس کے بعد اس نے وہ کمپلین واپس لے لی اور اس کے سکرین شٹ اور سارا کچھ اس نے مجھے سینڈ کیا اب اس کی کمپلین واپس لینے کے بعد 24 گھنٹے گزر گئے ہیں لیکن میرے 14 ہزار ابھی بھی ہولڈ میں لگے ہوئے ہیں ایزی پیس ایپلیکیشن تو برائے مہربانی اسے دوبارہ سے چیک کر کے میرے 14 ہزار جو ہیں اس پہ ہولڈ والا جو اپشن ہے وہ ختم کریں اور میرے 14 ہزار واپس میرے اکاؤنٹ میں جمع کریں برائے مہربانی شکریہ
