Complaint Regarding WhatsApp Fraud
Respected Sir, I am a victim of a WhatsApp impersonation fraud. On 21-09-2026 , my relative's hacked WhatsApp account was used to ask me for money at 1642. Believing it was my relative, I made two payments of Rs. 30,000 in the following JazzCash account: Muhammad Sajjad – 03234286124 Total loss: Rs. 60,000 Later, I contacted my relative directly and confirmed that his WhatsApp had been hacked and I had been scammed. Keeping above in view, I request you to kindly investigate this fraud, take necessary action against the recipient accounts, and assist me in recovering my Rs. 60,000. Thank you.

Very disappointed with this purchase and the support I received. The headband material started peeling within just an hour of opening and using the Soundcore Space One Pro, and the inside cushion material also started showing signs of wear. I reported it immediately with close-up photos, but my complaint was rejected on the basis that it was not product damage present at the time of opening. For a premium-priced headphone, this level of material wear within hours is unacceptable and should be taken seriously as a quality issue.
