Wrong Sim Balance Deduction

Dear Telenor Service Team,

I am writing this to you for a wrong balance deduction issue on my mobile number: 03460****97. My sim balance is deducting from 23rd January 2025 while I am not doing any activity on my sim card my sim balance was PKR: 111 before the deduction and it's 86 after the deduction, so approximately PKR: 25 are deducted wrongly, so kindly stop this wrong balance deduction and give me my 25 rupees back in my account if it is possible.
