Wrong product received

I ordered a Hyaluronic Acid Hydrated Mist from Al Buraq, but I received Cleansing Milk instead. I contacted the seller immediately after receiving my order and requested a replacement or refund. They informed me that my complaint was forwarded, but since then they have been reading my messages without responding. I have also emailed and called them but received no response. I request you to help resolve this issue and ensure that I receive the correct product or a full refund.
