Unknown subscription deductions

I didn't subscribed any package on my easy paisa account and last night amount of Rs 399 was deducted(20/12/2024). I contacted easy paisa customer support and they say it's some kind of gaming and movie subscription. I don't recall subscribing to it more ever I don't use easy paisa as much but still they deducted it and when I searched my transaction history I found. Rs 100 rupee was sent(6/12/2024) to the same account without my knowledge. And on top of it don't receive and notification of such transaction. It is kind request to return my money.
