Unauthorized Subscription and Immediate Cancellation Request for EFU Life Insura

I am writing to request an immediate cancellation and a full refund for an unauthorized/unintended insurance subscription debited from my JazzCash account.

Issue Description:

An automatic deduction of PKR 1,950/- was processed from my JazzCash account under Transaction ID 721005182227 for the EFU Family Health Insurance plan without my explic
